General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that "casting a solid sense of the Chinese national community,strengthening the exchanges,exchanges and blending of all ethnic groups,and promoting all ethnic groups to hug together like pomegranate seeds." Ethnic traditional sports carry the historical understanding and value feelings of different ethnic groups for nature,society and humanities,have functional attributes from physical construction to social construction,and play an important role in maintaining ethnic relations.Primary and middle school students are the builders and successors of the socialist cause,and are in the period of enlightenment of world outlook,outlook on life,and values,and through traditional ethnic sports activities,they are rooted in the sense of the Chinese national community among primary and secondary school students in Beijing and form a concrete understanding,which has profound theoretical value and practical significance for safeguarding national unity and promoting national unity.The entry of ethnic traditional sports into the campus is not only an objective requirement for the development of physical education in schools in a modern society,but also an important path for the inheritance of national traditional sports affected by modern culture in the new era.Primary and secondary school students are the weakest link in the process of forging a strong and correct sense of the Chinese national community,and they need strong and correct theories to guide them.Through the traditional ethnic sports activities,the combination of fun and fitness,the development of theory and practice,and the cultivation of the Chinese national community consciousness among primary and secondary school students,we can better understand the diversity,differences and unity between the various ethnic groups in the country,which is conducive to maintaining the unity and unity of the country,promoting the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and cultivating more qualified successors for the society.This study investigates 53 primary and secondary schools in Beijing,and analyzes the practical logic of carrying out traditional ethnic sports in primary and secondary schools to cultivate the awareness of the Chinese national community among primary and secondary school students,which conforms to the development of the times and is a new starting point for contemporary schools to cultivate the consciousness of the Chinese national community,but compared with other forms of "cultivation",its development is still in an immature stage,and it is necessary to investigate explore and study the specific implementation of the traditional ethnic sports in primary and secondary schools in Beijing to cultivate the Chinese national community consciousness among primary and secondary school students.This paper selects the research of traditional ethnic sports on cultivating the awareness of the Chinese national community in primary and secondary schools in Beijing as the research object,adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,sorts out the theoretical background,main practices,practical significance,analysis of the shortcomings in the process of teaching reform in the process of teaching reform,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.The research conclusions are as follows:1.In order to be able to deepen the research of traditional ethnic sports on cultivating the sense of Chinese national community among primary and secondary school students in Beijing,the practices of primary and secondary schools in Beijing mainly include,the principal is in charge,and the whole school plays a game of chess;Enrich the curriculum and carry out afterschool service activities;One school,one product,the development of ethnic traditional sports school curriculum;With the community as the starting point,we will carry out a variety of ethnic sports activities.To a certain extent,these practices enhance the "four self-confidences" and "five identities" of primary and secondary school students in Beijing;Promote the physical and mental health development of primary and secondary school students in Beijing;To achieve the intergenerational inheritance of traditional Chinese culture 2,for the existing problems,it is proposed to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Chinese national community contained in the traditional national sports;Breaking the national traditional sports since.
