The mental health problem of teenagers has been widely concerned by scholars all over the world,and one of the most common and harmful mental diseases is depression.The high incidence of suicide among teenagers in recent years is evidence of the harm depression brings to family happiness and social stability.For Adolescents with depression,there are two main problems that seriously affect their quality of life and future social integration.The first One is health problems,such as cognitive impairment,emotional problems,self-harm and suicidal tendencies,The second one is social support problems: such as deterioration of parent-child relationship,failure of socialization,lack of social skills and so on.This study is divided into three stages,the first stage is the preparation,through consulting relevant literature and reports to analyze the risk factors of adolescent depression and Related Treatment Measures To demonstrate the credibility and necessity of intervention of social work in the treatment of adolescent depression.The second stage is a practical study,which is based on the y community and guided by the evaluation of psychiatrists in D Hospital Two Social Workers(including the author)from the C Social Work Service Center established a professional relationship with the owner of a moderate depression case in the community Under the guidance of the dominance perspective theory and social learning theory,the main content of the project design is to improve the depression mood and social support of the patients.Case Service aims to improve the mood of case owners,enhance resilience and improve parent-child relationship.On the basis of case service,group activities are aimed at helping the client to learn social skills,build social support networks and integrate into normal social life.The third stage is assessment and conclusion.Through service effectiveness evaluation and pre-test and post-test comparison of the scale,we can draw the conclusion: First,the intervention service has achieved good results,the service goals are basically achieved.In direct services,social workers should focus on the joint use of case,group and community working methods,and provide all-round and multi-angle services to the clients,so as to involve them in the formulation and implementation of the plan Family support and peer support play a very important role in this process,so it is necessary to pay attention to the role of social support network when using case work for direct service.Second,in the process of direct service,social workers must to clear their role positioning,to avoidsecondary harm to the client.Third,mental health social workers need to improve their personal qualities in all aspects.In the field of mental disorders,uncontrollable and potentially dangerous events often occur,and social workers are the core drivers and leaders in a project team,Strengthen their own professional ability and comprehensive ability is to increase the strength of the whole team.At the same time,this article should also reflect on the shortcomings of the study and provide some reference for social workers of adolescent mental health.
