Research On Theideological And Political Education Function Of Qinghai University Associations

College associations play an important role in enriching campus cultural life,effectively mobilizing students,and carrying out ideological and political education.It is the second classroom for college students.Exploring the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of great significance to the democratic political construction of colleges and universities and the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education.It is especially important for the development of Qinghai colleges and universities and the function of ideological and educational education.Through the definition of the concept and types of university societies,as well as analyzing the characteristics of university societies and the functions of ideological and political education,combined with the special regional and national characteristics of Qinghai,it is concluded that the composition of community members in colleges and universities in Qinghai has the characteristics of distinct multi-nationality and strong national traditional culture content of community activities.It highlights the special ideological and political education function of Qinghai university societies,that is,the educational function of national unity and progress,the educational function of Marxist religious concept,the educational functionof excellenttraditionalculture,theeducationalof Four loves and three aims.On the basis of investigation,it is analyzed that the factors restricting the function of ideological and political education in Qinghai province universities.Eventually,it puts forward effective approaches to realize the ideological and political education function of Qinghai university mass organizations from three aspects: consolidating the value guidance of guiding ideology,integrating the organic unity of educational content,and strengthening the multiple development of community construction.According to the national characteristics of Qinghai university associations,the national cultural associations are grouped into one type,which highlights the diversity of Qinghai university associations.At the same time,the number of various types of associations in Qinghai universities is different,and the number of sports and literature associations is more innovative and entrepreneurial,theoretical learning associations.Absolute advantage,reflecting the imbalance of the development of colleges and universities in Qinghai;the investigation found that the moral education activities carried out by Qinghai colleges and universities are not attractive,the participation of college students is low;the theoretical learning society needs the innovation of activities;the promotion of Qinghai university associations The ideological and educational education function has to overcome many barriers.
