A Study On The Function Of Ideological And Political Education Of College Student Associations

Improving and enhancing the ideological and political quality of college students,better integrating ideological and political education into the daily learning and life of college students,and maximizing their educational role have become an important issue for college educators.With the continuous deepening of higher education system reform,the traditional class system has been unable to meet the needs of diversified and comprehensive development of university students.Because of its own unique advantages,student societies have played an important role in accelerating the growth of college students and assisting ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The important role has gradually become the main position for college students to organize activities and exercise self-improvement.However,due to the insufficient importance of the importance of colleges and universities in playing a positive role for student organizations,coupled with the many flaws in the management of student organizations and the lack of theoretical literacy of the internal members of the society,it has seriously hindered the effective implementation of the ideological and political education function of student organizations in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the source of the problem and make breakthroughs in the management of colleges and universities,students' associations themselves,and members of the community,and formulate corresponding countermeasures in a targeted manner so as to continuously promote the development of college student organizations in an active and healthy direction.It bears this important function.This article is mainly composed of four parts.The first part introduces the relationship between college student organizations and their ideological and political education.While clearly understanding and grasping the overall body of student organizations,it also clarifies the relationship between them and ideological and political education.The second part focuses on the analysis of the use of college student organizations.The main content of the function is to explain its important influence in leading the ideological direction,establishing the concept of democracy and the rule of law,and enhancing the overall quality of individuals.The third part points out the problems and forming factors of the student community in playing this function,mainly including: School management level,community self-constructionlevel and internal member level;the fourth part put forward many countermeasures and suggestions that will help the student community to better display the function of ideological and political education,focusing on increasing school management and investment,and improving the overall construction of the community itself.And to improve the ideological quality of community members in three aspects.
