This paper takes the alienation dilemma of social work service professionalism as the starting point, explores and constructs the localized "social" theory of social work as the support point, discusses and analyzes the "social" orientation behind the alienation dilemma of social work professionalism, and tries to explore the path of returning to localized "sociality".Through the study of social work professionalism and "sociality",it is found that "sociality" is the soul and cornerstone of the development of professional service in social work."Society" is a practical theory that runs through the whole process of the starting point and goal of professional service in social work.It must be based on its mission and respond to social needs and also be used as its goal to achieve social development."Society" is where the social work lives. To promote the development of professional social work and improve the effectiveness of social work service practice,we must return to the original spirit and mission of social work professional service practice, that is,"sociality".The existing research analyzes the developmental dilemma of social work "De-sociality" from politics, economy, culture and specialization. On this basis, this research focuses on the influence of cultural values, explores whether collectivism is conducive to the recovery of "sociality" in social work services, and then based on the discussion and analysis of this issue,Construct China's localized "national sociality" practice path in social work service.First of all, through the logical connection between individualism and “de-sociality”and the consistency of the historical evolution of American individualistic cultural change and “de-sociality” in social work,it jointly confirms the influence of cultural environment on the objectives difference of social service professional service, that is,in the individualistic cultural background, society work professional services tend to treat personally and present a “de-sociality”.At the same time,in combing the historical context of the development of American social work,it is also found that although the United States has always been the cultural values of individualism, there are three time periods in the process, influenced by the economic crisis and the rise of the socialist movement, the influence of collectivism has increased. In these three time periods, the service orientation of social work is also biased towards social changes with “sociality”.Therefore, finding the connection between collectivism and social work "sociality",cutting into the collectivist perspective, and further explore that in the context of Chinese collectivist culture,it is conducive for social work to recover "sociality" :Firstly, through analysis and discussion of the logical connection between collectivism and "sociality",it is theoretically stated that collectivism can shape the "social" dimension of social work.Next,by combing the historical development of Chinese social work and clarifying the influencing factors of collectivism,it is found that the service mode is mechanized in the development process of social service, and at different stages, partially dominated by individual, community or country, leading to society work in China's "low sociality".Finally,it further analyzes the relevance of collectivism and social work to “low sociality”.Based on the characteristics of “autonomous collectivism” in the new era,China's localized "national sociality" practice path in social work service is constructed from four aspects: Self-organization,Community Service,Community Development and Social Welfare,to find the "sociality" of social work service, and then improve the professionalism of the service.Demonstrate its feasibility and effectiveness through relevant cases.
