Analysis Of The Differences Between The Design And Practice Of Anti-Drug Social Work Services From The Perspective Of Social Service Delivery

With the development of society,social work has begun to enter various fields of social services,helping the clients to solve problems,promoting social harmony and maintaining social stability.Since the implementation of the Anti-Drug Law of the People's Republic of China in 2008,China's anti-drug work has changed from a "judicial punishment" model to a "physiological-psychological-social" model,and social work has gradually entered the field of drug control,assisting public security departments to carry out community drug treatment and community rehabilitation work.However,in the process of practice,the concept and content of professional services in drug control soc ial work are quite different from the practice mode of social workers.Due to the influence of many factors,there are significant differences between the service effect and expected effect,and the professionalism of social work is also limited in this process.Taking the social work service institution in B Town,S District,Foshan City,Guangdong Province as an example,according to the author's practical experience and observation in the process of practice,and taking the professionalism of social workers in the delivery of social services,this paper explores the reasons for the differences between the design and practice of social work service against drugs.The study mainly analyzed the formation,working mode and development status of social work service design for drug control in B town of S district,as well as the standard practical operation of social work for drug control in B town and the practical methods of social workers.Through the comparison between the service design and the specific practice in this area,the differences between the two are obtained,and the reasons for the differences are analyzed.Through the above analysis,it is found that the differences between the design and practice of anti-drug social work service in Area S are mainly reflected in two aspects:one is the deviation of service objectives;the other is the degradation of service content.Because of the difference between the two,the professionalism and effectiveness of the final social services are limited.The author concludes that the reasons for the differences in the design and practice of anti-drug social work service in Area S mainly include three levels:government,social work and service objects.Social service involves the interaction between multiple subjects,and the interaction between them and the process of interaction will have an important impact on service delivery.The service design of anti-drug social work in Area S has undergone a complicated transmission process from its emergence to its concrete practice.The wills of the government,social work organizations and service objects,as well as the interaction between them,are constantly changing in the transmission process.Finally,there are differences between service design and practice.
