The Party and the state attach great importance to the healthy development of primary and secondary school students' physique.The government has issued a series of policy documents to encourage and urge students to actively participate in physical exercise and improve students' physical health.At the same time,the national student health assessment monitoring system has gradually improved.However,in recent years,the student's physical health report still shows that the physical fitness of Chinese students is declining.Based on the physical activity health promotion theory and social ecology physical activity promotion model,this paper draws on other industry development index evaluation methods,and tries to comprehensively analyze the status quo of students' physical development from the basic level of physical health,physical activity participation level and physical exercise protection level.And dynamic evaluation to fully understand the status quo of students' physical development and provide data basis for primary and secondary school students' sports policies.This paper investigates the status quo of the physical health of 3,600 primary and middle school students in Shenzhen,the participation of physical activity and the status of physical exercise protection.Based on the survey data,through literature data,expert interviews,factor analysis,The mathematical methods such as percentile method are used to construct and study the evaluation system of students' physical development index in Shenzhen.The findings and conclusions are as follows: 1.The survey results of 3600 Shenzhen primary and secondary school students' physical health foundation,physical activity participation and physical exercise protection showed that the overall score of physical fitness was 74.93±14.6,the overall compliance rate was 94.15%;the overall level of physical activity participation was 9.49 h./week(1.36h/day),in which sports participated in 7.37h/week(1.05h/day),which basically met the national standard for primary and middle school students to exercise for one hour per day;in terms of physical exercise protection,the overall positive impact was promoted.The individual level and the school level are better,and the family level and the social level need to be strengthened.One-way ANOVA showed that the differences in the survey items showed that there were significant differences(p<0.05)in most items between different genders,different grades,different regions,and different school natures.2.Shenzhen City Primary and Secondary School Students' Physical Fitness Development Index Evaluation System,including evaluation index system,evaluation index weight system and evaluation standard system.The evaluation indicator system consists of three first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators.The first-level indicators include physical health foundation,physical activity participation and physical exercise protection;secondary indicators include body shape,physical function,physical fitness,physical exercise,physical labor,active transportation,static lifestyle,individual level,family level,and school.Level,community level.The weight system and standard system are detailed in the evaluation criteria table.3.In 2018,the physical fitness development index of primary and secondary school students in Shenzhen was 192.05,of which the physical basis index was 74.92,the physical activity participation index was 52.77,and the physical exercise protection index was 64.36.The index indicates that the primary and secondary school students in Shenzhen have a good physical health foundation,but the physical activity participation and physical exercise protection needs to be strengthened,especially in the high school grade.
