Employment and residence are two important elements of urban spatial structure,and these two elements' space relationship could affect the urban character,such as the urban traffic,environment pollution and so on.With the rapid expansion of China largest city and the large-scale construction of new urban,the separation of the working place and residence are increasing.According to the influence of urban new area's features and attribute on jobs-housing relationship,the researchers creates theoretical model for the influence on the residents' the job-housing relationship.Combining the references with the theoretical and classificating the factors,study on the macro-environment factors and the micro-individual factors.As a case study in Liangjiang New Area,Chongqing,combine the Baidu Thermal Map with job-housing ratio analying the present situation of the residents' jobs-housing relationship in urban new area.Research for influencing the jobs-housing relationship factors: the macro-environment factors,the micro-individual factors.On the one hand,getting the elements from the Baidu map to finish the data acquisition,the research for macro-environment factors of jobs-housing relationship adopt Kernel Density ? Mean Center;On the other hand,based on the survey for the residents in urban new area and the results of regression model,analyse the quantitative relationship of individual chosing residentce and their commuting features.The result indicates that leading by industry and residential are in urban new area,industry function is too simpe and the real estate is over developing causing the land of residential and industrial is not matched,meanwhile the relationship of the housing supply and residential demand is not balance.The residents have to find the satisified house with the long commuting distance,so that the jobs-housing relationship is more and more imbalance.There are lots of public facilities near the old town in urban new area,but the new developing town's public facilities are really poor,it is not good for the urban developing and the residents moving to the new urban area.The time of the land development is in a mess and the land is occupied by development and cinstruction.The land of the public facilities is requisitioned leading to land development is not enough,it is not benefit for jobs-housing balance.The residential individual attribute affects the job-housing balance.The different people has different requirement of the job and housing relationship.For instance,the relationship between the sex and the job-housing balance depends on the space requirements for the special family members,the relationship between the economy and job-housing balance depends on the requirement of the different salary level people for the different quality community.Furthermore,the education level and household register still would affect the job-housing balance.The result indicates that the teachers and migrant workers have special requirements for the residential space.
