The example is the link between mathematical knowledge and practical application.The example teaching is an important part of classroom teaching,which effectively affects the results of mathematics teaching.However,in practical teaching,many teachers haven't chosen typical examples.That's why the examples didn't play their roles properly.Under the pressure of the college entrance examination and the influence of traditional teaching thinking,teachers only pay attention to the comprehensiveness of an example,or the solution to an example.Teaching mechanically,without considering the nature of the example,seriously affects the results of mathematics teaching.Therefore,in middle school math class teaching,how to guide teachers and students to recognize typical examples is the most important.Only by knowing what typical examples are,can we improve the students' ability of mathematical thinking,ability to discover and ask questions and their ability to analyze and solve problems.In this way,we can effectively improve teachers'classroom teaching quality and cultivate the students' mathematical core quality fully.This paper adopts mainly qualitative research method combined with some quantitative methods and the main work of this research includes the following two aspects:1.Determine the characteristics of a typical example.This study firstly uses the interview method to talk with high school teachers to understand their views on typical examples and their understanding of typical example features.Secondly,the literature analysis method is used to analyze the characteristics of typical examples of functions in teaching-aid book and the features of typical examples of functions selected by teachers based on the exam evaluation.We determine that there are five characteristics of the typical examples of functions,including ?pertinence;?fundamentality;?exemplary;?variability;?applicability.2.Based on the five characteristics of typical examples of functions determined by the author,this study designs an evaluation system for typical examples.The example analysis is carried out through a typical example evaluation system.Including the evaluation of the quality of the function examples in the teaching-aid book on the market,and the evaluation of the quality of the function examples selected during the teacher's instructional designThrough the study,we can also concluded that the choice of typical examples has an important effect on teaching.There are many typical examples in the teaching and teaching,but the atypical phenomena are also present.Typical examples are worth digging deeply...
