The way the Cognitive subjects obtain information is diversifying. People tend to be keen on a "multimedialized" way in which they can get information. Textbook has the biggest proportion in the family of teaching materials, and it is one of the most basic one as for its content, most significant, extensively used, and most mature one. Biological textbooks are the important media with which teachers use to teach, and from which students can absorb knowledge, improve ability, and cultivate emotions, manners and value. The surface layer system of Biological textbooks consists of text system, picture system and practice system. In this treatise, picture system in the textbook will be maily discussed. Picture system is becoming a kind of visual image in the process of cognition of mankind. This treatise attempts to take the elements of cognition as a cut-in, and this treatise will be directed in the perspective of cognition quantization; The establishment of biological picture classification basis is the mensuration basis for the evaluation system for quality of the illustration in the textbook. It will also classify and primarily analyze the picture system in the textbook. The picture system is the important component of Biological textbook The picture system of biological textbook is the visual symbol in the textbook. We should give full play to its functions to promote the teaching effects and reach the teaching objective.I design elaborately test materials for biological picture evaluation standard, which are based on the theories of Psycology and Information processing and I also aim at those high school graduates and senior grade 2 students. It is my goal to offer a relative accurate basis for biological picture evaluation standard. To achieve this goal, I take these following methods such as interview, oral reports, morphemic analysis and statistics in my study. And based on these, I combine theory and method concerned to establish the basis dimension, evaluation dimension for biological picture system classification and draw a reliable and effective measure tools, and test them on senior grade 2 students. According to the analysis of SPSS software, students' evaluation standard and attitude of biological illustration also have been convied. The study consists of 7 parts. From the very beginning part, documentary conspectus will be given, which aims at introduction of background and existing circumstances also concluding the purposes and meaning in this study. The second part is a theoretic hypothesis for picture classification according to psychological theories. The third part introduces the whole process abstract of the study. The fourth part can be understood as an experimental research including interview and evaluation standard given by oral reports. The fifth part forms a structure of biological picture evaluation standard via analyzing the result of experiments. The sixth part is based on the necessities and degree of satisfaction, by which we can set up a new illustration evaluation system in biology textbook of the new class sign version. The last part focuses on a conclution and intergrate discussion. With our effort in the study, we achieved the picture system evaluation standard validated by senior high school students according to the dimension of their sensibilities, representations, imaginations, imaginal thinking and logical thinking.ln addition, this study evaluates biological illustration and finds that their capabilities are intermedium. Finally, our study obtains questionnaires which contains high-grade, effective and convincible startistical indicators and a convey including evaluation of degree of satification for picture system.
