The construction of teaching materials has always been a work highly valued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council.Especially since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the Central Committee of the Party,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has clearly stated that the construction of teaching materials is an important basis for educating people.Since the reform and opening up,the teaching materials for junior high school politics have been unified on three occasions.They have successively been "Ideological Politics","Ideological Morality" and "Ethics and the Rule of Law." The textbook version has also undergone many changes under the guidance of "one standard one book","one standard multiple book" and "one standard one book".The changes of detailed teaching materials over the years are related to the developent demands of the times and the changes in the general requirements of society for talent training.The"Ethics and Rule of Law" used in the teaching materials of this junior high school politics class is the first time that the word "rule of law" is included in the title of the junior high school politics course teaching material;The National unified textbook version has re-used the "One Standard One" program.At present,the relevant research on the teaching materials of junior high school politics is mainly to use the text analysis method to conduct qualitative analysis of the content,structure and presentation of teaching materials.Taking the 2013 edition of the"Ideology and Morality" and the 2016 edition of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" as the research objects,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,we conducted a comparative study on the actual application of textbooks and textbooks in classroom teaching.It is a certain degree of innovation.In the frame structure,the new textbook shows its rigorous and scientific logic.In terms of language style,the newly compiled textbooks are also more vivid and informative.However,the superiority of the new textbook is not only reflected in the theoretical statement,but also in the practice level,also by teachers and students unanimously recognized.Combining the statistical analysis of the survey data,it was found that more than three-quarters of the teachers had a more favorable attitude towards the overall preparation of teaching materials.Students expressed a preference for nearly 80%of the new textbooks.It can be found that the teaching materials are popular with teachers and students and the quality of teaching materials.The degree is proportional to the degree of quality.However,it can also be found that the differences in the level of professional literacy of teachers and the differences in students 'resorting to the actual requirements of teaching materials also affect the satisfaction of teachers and students with teaching materials.The comparative study of the two editions of textbooks shows that in order to give full play to the effectiveness of "morality and the rule of law",it is necessary to explore the enlightenment brought by the reform of textbooks from the main body of teaching materials,teachers and students,and then require teachers to change their own role from the concept.positioning,At the same time,it is closely related to students' actual needs and differences in design and teaching,and presents quality classrooms together.
