The core accomplishment of the discipline is to educate students to form correct outlook on life,values and skills.With the increasingly prominent biological value and function,the development of students' core quality of biology subject has been paid more and more attention by countries all over the world.The core accomplishment of biology has become a necessary basic accomplishment for students."Scientific thinking",as an important part of the core accomplishment of biology,focuses on students' advocacy of true knowledge,respects facts and evidence.This is a consensus reached by biology education scholars in recent years.The effective evaluation of the core accomplishment of biology,"scientific thinking",is the key link to cultivate and improve the core accomplishment ability of teenagers'biology discipline,and is an important factor to promote the reform of biological teaching,therefore,building a set of relatively scientific,reasonable,easy to operate biology discipline core literacy "scientific thinking" index system,is helpful to enrich the biological teaching to cultivate the students' scientific thinking ability of theoretical research,but also can better regulate biological teaching in scientific thinking ability evaluation work,helping teachers look at biological problems and deficiencies existing in the teaching process,It is of profound theoretical and practical significance to help teachers accurately implement the core accomplishment of biology discipline into the teaching process,ensure the improvement of teaching quality and promote the development of teachers'professional level.In this study,first of all,the literature was extracted and the concepts were extracted layer by layer using the literature method.Then,the "scientific thinking"index of the core accomplishment of biology was initially constructed by stratified coding with the theme of "scientific thinking".Then,the interview outline was prepared,and 15 high school teachers and 15 education graduate students were interviewed with the interview method.The contents of the recorded interview were extracted according to the interview content and subject analysis technology.Then,by consulting experts with Delphi method,the indicator system of "scientific thinking"for the core accomplishment of biology discipline was determined with 3 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.Finally,using the text analysis method,referring to the specific content criteria listed in the Biology curriculum standard of General high School(2017 edition),the text content of"meiosis and fertilization" is summarized,refined,transformed into the knowledge point to be conveyed by the teaching material,and the knowledge points are classified by using the index system of "scientific thinking" of the core accomplishment of biology.After quantitative text analysis,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the effect of meiosis and fertilization,in order to understand the embodiment of "scientific thinking" of the core accomplishment of biology subject in more detail.
