With the development of new curriculum reform,more and more attention has been paid to the research of teaching evaluation.As one of the important means of teaching evaluation,the quality level of test questions is directly related to whether teachers can make effective evaluation of students’ ability level.The Biology Curriculum Standards for General Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)issued and implemented in 2018 clearly points out in the part of Academic Proficiency Test and Proposition Suggestions that the mandated test questions should focus on the development of students’ core competence in biology.It can be seen that the test questions that focus on students’ memory of knowledge points have become the past,and how to make test questions that test students’ ability to solve problems by applying biology concepts has become the focus of attention of educators.Through literature review,there are relatively few evaluation studies on the core accomplishment of biology discipline at present,and most of them focus on the design of proposition framework and the analysis of test questions.However,there is a lack of practical research on the design of test questions,especially the comprehensive and systematic research on the proposition of "scientific inquiry"accomplishment.Therefore,in the context of complying with the curriculum reform and the requirements of the New Curriculum Standards,this study takes the literacy of"scientific inquiry" as the research object,and carries out a series of studies including literature review,analysis of typical test questions,and self-made test questions and tests.First of all,through literature reading,this study defined "scientific inquiry" literacy as scientific inquiry ability,and discussed its evaluation status,etc.,laying a foundation for the analysis and destiny of "scientific inquiry" test questions in the future.Secondly,the test questions of large tests at home and abroad are of certain reference value.This research selects the Pisa2015 science test questions and the "scientific inquiry" test questions in the 2016-2020 new curriculum standard paper of college entrance examination as the objects,and carries out multi-dimensional statistical analysis on them.Summing up the propositional enlightenment of the question types,the reality of the situation design,the diversification of the presentation ways,the multi-dimensional cognitive level and the coverage of the literacy test.Later,on the basis of the basic principles to decide the testing system,this study choose compulsory and selective compulsory module for some big concept,following certain proposition conception,develop two-way breakdown,select situational materials,form of design problems,setting up standard scoring process for questions at the beginning of the life system,and combining the strategy,this thesis summarizes the corresponding proposition It provides reference for teachers to carry out propositional practice independently.Finally,a trial test was conducted,front-line teachers were invited and the Rasch model was used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the self-made "scientific inquiry" questions,and deficiencies were modified and improved by removing the questions with obviously poor quality,adjusting the question type Settings of the questions,and appropriately enhancing the guidance of the expression of the questions.It is expected to obtain some test questions that can effectively test students’ "scientific inquiry" accomplishment,and provide a reliable tool for evaluating the core accomplishment of biology.To sum up,this study is a practical exploration of the "scientific inquiry" test of high school biology.After this preliminary exploration,the characteristics,principles,procedures and inspection methods of the "scientific inquiry" test have been comprehensively elaborated.Thus,not only a set of test questions that can be used to test students’ scientific inquiry ability has been formed initially,but also practical experience that can be used for reference for middle school biology teachers to make test questions and implement the literacy of "scientific inquiry".
