The Chinese traditional culture is great and profound,and it not only exerted a subtle influence on the social development of the Chinese nation,but also played a huge role in promoting the development of world culture.Learning Chinese traditional culture is of great significance not only for our own growth and quality improvement,but also for the implementation of quality education and modernization of China's new socialist culture.In the junior high school stage,the schools are required to focus on enhancing students' understanding of Chinese excellent traditional culture,improve the recognition of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and guide students to understand the cultural traditions and basic national conditions of China's unified multi-ethnic countries.Students are required to read ancient poetry to understand the ancient poetry rhythm,to read shallow Chinese language,to focus on accumulation,perception and use to enhance appreciation of taste,etc,which shows that ancient poetry and poetry,as an important carrier of the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the junior high school stage,has an indelible role in the development of Chinese history.Therefore,the author elaborates the necessity and importance of inheriting excellent traditional culture in the teaching of ancient poetry and prose in junior high school from two aspects of realistic needs and academic needs.By using the methods of documentation and questionnaire,this paper studies junior high school students' understanding of traditional Chinese culture,their learning status of ancient poetry and prose and its teaching situation,and comprehensively grasps the reality of junior high school Chinese teachers' inheritance of excellent traditional Chinese culture inThrough the research,the author finds that when inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the teaching of ancient poetry and prose,teachers mostly have some problems,such as the deviation of the teaching objectives set by teachers,the single way of teaching,the limitation of teachers' teaching evaluation methods,and the need for further development of teaching resources.In students' learning process,there are also many problems.They have difficulties in learning ancient poetry or traditional culture,the initiative of learning cultural knowledge needs to be strengthened,their class participation is low,and the channels of understanding traditional culture are single.Therefore,starting with the newly issued national textbooks,the author integrates the excellent traditional cultural resources of the selected ancient literary works in six textbooks from three aspects: patriotism,social care and personality cultivation,and explores some strategies of inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the teaching of ancient poetry and prose combining the students' learning conditions.The author puts forward practical suggestions from four aspects including teaching method,teaching objective,teaching resource and teaching evaluation: in teaching method,it is suggested to enrich teaching methods and organize related activities;in teaching objective,it is essential to ensure that the objectives are accurate and comprehensive;in teaching resource,reading the entire book and developing the school-based curriculum are encouraged;in teaching evaluation,teachers are suggested to carry out developmental evaluation and make good use of the Internet,which hopes that the paper can give some reference and inspiration to junior high school Chinese teachers.
