The 2017 edition of Biology Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools regards core literacy of biology as the basic idea and teaching goal of the new round of biology curriculum reform,and puts forward a new requirement of "literacy-based" for biology teachers' classroom teaching.As the basis and pillar of the core literacy of biology,life concept has not only become one of the latest hot spots in the field of biology education,but also the key to cultivate students' core literacy of biology.Through literature review and analysis,it is found that there is a lack of research on the concept of life in the construction of the index system.In order to respond to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and implement the spirit of the curriculum reform,this study takes the concept of life as the research theme,aiming at constructing the index framework system of the core literacy "concept of life" in biology.On the basis of collecting,searching and deeply analyzing the literature about life concept,this study,guided by the grounded theoretical research method,extracts the important connotation elements of life concept and categorizes them.Through the three stages of open-axis-selective coding,preliminarily constructs the primary index system of "life concept" which is the core literacy of biology.On this basis,teacher interviews are conducted to extract and annotate the key information in the interview text and further categorize it,so as to supplement and improve the primary indicators and form a mature indicator system of core literacy "life concept" in biology.Then,Delphi expert consultation method is used to check the consistency of the index system.The coordination degree of expert opinions is comprehensively tested by the five values of the average,median,full score frequency,standard deviation and coefficient of variation of each index.According to the test results and the expert's written opinions,the revised index system is further screened and perfected,so as to ensure the scientific rationality of the index system construction.Finally,the ultimate indicator system of the core literacy of biology is constructed.The index system of core literacy "life concept" of biology subject constructed in this study includes five first-level indicators,nine second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators.The first level index is composed of structure and function view,material andenergy view,steady state and regulation view,evolution and adaptation view,life and ecology view;the second level index is composed of structure view,structure and function fit view,material view,energy view,material and energy synergy view,evolution view,adaptation view,life view and ecology view;the third level index is composed of cell basic view,hierarchical structure view and so on.The basic concepts are the concrete manifestation of the deep decomposition and refinement of the concept of life.The concept of life is abstract,even empty.If we can not find the anchor point of the corresponding concept in biology textbooks,we will be unable to start in teaching practice.Therefore,the only way to cultivate students' life concept is to analyze the teaching materials based on the index system of life concept.Based on the ultimate index system of the core literacy of biology subject "life concept",this study takes the three required modules of senior high school biology textbooks published by PEP as the starting point,extracts and combs the anchoring points of knowledge points,concepts or facts of the carrier of life concept hidden in biology textbooks,and carries out corresponding analysis with the three-level indicators refined by "life concept" to complete the textbooks and the teaching materials.The docking of indicators to achieve the preliminary application of the index system.
