Enter the 21 st century,human civilization has developed at an unprecedented rate.The rapid growth of knowledge and the rapid updating of science and technology have led to a shift in the demand of talents from "knowledge" to "innovative".In the education system in our country,the main carrier of talent cultivation is school education,in order to meet the talents requirement of the society,China promulgated the basic education curriculum reform outline(trial)in 2001,put forward to change the talent training mode,establish a new basic education curriculum system,advancing complete diathetic education.And for a new round of curriculum reform,teachers are the core leaders and practitioners.So,the society's demand for high-quality talents and the comprehensive promotion of quality education must be translate into a strong demand for teachers' specialization.Teaching thinking is the consciousness and ability of teachers to think and deal with teaching problems,the motivation behind teacher's teaching behavior.The study on the understanding of the teaching thinking of physical experts in middle school,to study the hierarchy and structure of teaching thinking and its formation and development from the perspective of physical expert teacher.It is of great significance to promote the professional development of teachers in China.By sorting out the current situation of domestic and foreign teaching thinking,this paper clarifies the direction and thinking of the research,and probes into the core concepts involved in the research.On the basis of this,the author interviews the teachers' understanding of the teaching thinking through the interview and sorts out the original interview materials.Based on the grounded theory,the original interview data is open coding,principal axis encoding and selection coding,and based on rich data,the theory is generated.From the point of view of the physics expert teacher in middle school to examine his own teaching thinking,it is not difficult to find that:Expert teachers of high school physics teaching thinking is based on the specific teaching,physical balance of the cultivation of thinking ability,students' individual differences such as the core problem of teaching is the teaching thought of the first dimension;The second dimension of the teaching thinking is the understanding,viewpoint,contradiction and solving strategy of the teachers in middle school physics.It can be found in the following two aspects that the teaching thinking comprehension of the physics expert teachers in middle schools can be understood.First,the expert teachers of high school physics teaching thinking(focusing on physical thinking cultivation,be good at summing up the clustering,to teaching logic),be able to just walk into basic education career,which enlighten the novice teachers,thought-provoking.Second,the expert teachers' understanding of the thinking of teaching high school physics is problem orientation,focus on results,system,at the same time is also limited,this is for later researchers to continue to provide certain reference of further research thinking in physics teaching.
