| The overload squat training is a kind of method which carries on the movement training by the centrifugal contraction and the centripetal contraction when the body is larger than the normal load.Under this study attempts to overload the squat exercises for training means,through the practical application of special improve phase in high school basketball player,correctly understand the pros and cons of overload the squat relationship,for basketball coaches overload the squat provides the theory basis for training plan,for basketball player in the short term to improve practice reference for the lower limbs explosive power.In this study,the impact of eight weeks of overload squat training on the explosive power of lower limbs of high school male basketball players was studied.According to the results of interviews with experts,a training plan for the corresponding load and load intensity was developed.The hypothesis demonstration and data collection of the experimental group and the control group were conducted by using the experimental method,and the measured data before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in standing long jump,squat vertical jump,30 m sprint,15m×3 turn run in the experimental group after8 weeks of short-term intervention(P<0.05).In the control group,standing long jump,squat vertical jump touch height,30 m sprint,15m×3 turn run.After 8 weeks of short-term intervention,the test index values were improved,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the control group under the eight-week training intervention,the experimental group had a more significant effect on theexplosiveness test index performance of lower limbs.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)in the specific improvement stage,both the eight-week overload squat and the traditional load squat training can improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of high school male basketball players.(2)in the special improvement stage,after the intervention of the overload squat training for eight weeks,the extensor muscle group of the lower limbs of the subjects suddenly began to contract in the preelongated state and the centrifugal contraction rapidly changed to the central contraction,and the growth was better than the traditional load squat training.(3)this experiment has a short period,and long-term overload squat training will cause physical damage to high school male basketball players.Therefore,the application of this training method is limited to athletes in the special improvement stage,with a short training period and a certain training basis. |
