Explosiveness is the key to achieve excellent results in competitive sports, and the training means and methods to improve explosiveness also show diversified development. The characteristics of ball games require a good explosive force to complete the implementation of technical actions and tactics. The traditional explosive force training can increase the athletes’ muscle cross-sectional area and muscle dimension, which has a good effect on improving absolute strength, but the body burden is heavy in training. The research object selected in this paper is senior high school students.Overweight exercise will increase the pressure of senior high school students’ joints. The special growth and development stage of teenagers can not fully adapt to the traditional weight-bearing resistance training method. This paper aims to explore whether the plyometrics training has an impact on the lower limb explosiveness of high school male basketball players, and whether it is suitable for the special growth and development stage of teenagers,so as to provide a basis for the application of plyometrics training in high school basketball training.Research methods: using the methods of literature, interview, observation, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis,20 high school male basketball players were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Under the same conditions, the two groups received 10 weeks of plyometrics training and traditional weight-bearing training, and the test and analysis of the test index results of lower limb explosive power of the experimental group and the control group were carried out.The results are as follows:(1)after 10 weeks of plyometrics training, the P values of the six test scores of 5.8 meter run,3/4 full court acceleration run, standing long jump,in-situ two foot take-off,one foot run-up take-off and half court V-shaped dribble turn back layup are all less than 0.05,which indicates that theplyometrics training can promote the improvement of the explosive power of the lower limbs.(2)In the control group, after the traditional weight-bearing training, the p value of the six lower limb explosive force test indexes was less than 0.05,indicating that it had a positive impact on the lower limb explosive force.(3)Through the paired sample test of the data of the experimental group and the control group after the test,it can be concluded that there are very significant differences in the test results of 5.8 meter run,3/4 full court acceleration run and standing long jump(p<0.01);There were significant differences in the three test scores of two foot take-off height, one foot run-up take-off height and half-time v-dribble turn back layup(p<0.05).It can be concluded that the test results of the experimental group are more significant than those of the control group after the test. Therefore,it can be seen that the method of the experimental group is better than that of the control group in the training of lower limb explosive force.According to the results, the conclusions are put forward:(1)through 10 weeks of experimental intervention, the six test indexes of the experimental group and the control group have been improved to a certain extent.Through data analysis,it is concluded that the plyometrics training can promote the explosive force of lower limbs, and the effect is better than the traditional weight-bearing training.(2)Firstly,the plyometrics training can effectively improve the explosive power of the lower limbs, and at the same time, the quality of the upper limbs and core strength has also been developed accordingly.Secondly, the coordination of athletes has also been developed, which has improved the quality of technical movements to a certain extent.(3)The stability of the body has been strengthened, and the injuries of ankle and knee joints have been relieved at the same time, which is more conducive to the power transmission.Compared with before the experiment,it ensures the stability of the movement process. |
