A Study On The Training Mode Of Football Teacher In Characteristic Schools Of Campus Football In Suzhou

Since 2009,when the general administration of sport of China launched campus football,campus football activities have been carried out for ten years.As vice premier liu yandong held a meeting specially for the national youth campus football activities and issued the implementation opinions of 6 departments including the ministry of education on accelerating the development of youth campus football activities,the development of China's campus football activities has entered a fast lane.These ten years,our country has accumulated much experience about the campus football activities,also exposed many problems.In order to alleviate the shortage of football teachers on campus,the state and local governments have organized many training programs for football teachers on campus,and many scholars have done in-depth research.However,there is little research on football teacher training.Through studying the existing training mode of campus football teachers in suzhou,this paper puts forward the path and countermeasures to improve the training mode of campus football teachers.Through questionnaire survey,expert interview and other methods to study the training mode of campus football teachers in suzhou,it is found that there are some problems in the training of campus football teachers in suzhou,such as vague concept,not forward-looking training objectives,little changes in training content and imperfect training management.According to the above problems,the principles of improving the training mode are put forward:taking history as a mirror,clarifying the training concept;Putting people first and setting training objectives;Design training content based on needs;Focus on efficiency and enrich training means;With regulation as the guide,improve the management mechanism.And from the early preparation,quota division and specific operation aspects elaborated the perfect training pattern path and the countermeasure.Through in-depth research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The training mode for football teachers on campus is composed of training subjects,training concepts,training objectives,training contents,training means and training management,which form a whole through mutual cooperation.2.Advantages of campus football teacher training in suzhou:the government attaches great importance to it and has sufficient funds.3.Suzhou campus football teacher training model adopts two-level training mode of Pratt training and elite training.4.Suzhou's school football teacher training mode urgently needs to be improved.5.Combining the favorable conditions of teacher training in Suzhou campus football and the problems faced by teacher training,this paper proposes a hierarchical and graded training mode for inclusive training and elite training.
