With the acceleration of economic and social development and the deepening of social change in China,there are inevitably some new development directions in the education industry.More rapid and diverse innovation of education methods,more integration of diversified education resources,and more rapid trial implementation of education management system are all major changes in the education industry.Among them,adult education is developing rapidly,with a large audience and complex levels.In some provinces and cities,a type of full-time part-time adult education has come into being.The main types of students are those who fail in the college entrance examination,vocational and technical colleges,etc.the education mode of 2+2 or 3+1 is adopted.This kind of students are different from the social idle people,who are generally young and have received a relatively complete senior high school or technical secondary school However,due to a series of reasons such as weak theoretical basis,poor learning habits and loose family management,the resulting risk types are also diverse and difficult to manage.In order to effectively assess the risk of students and ensure the normal teaching activities of students,we must design a set of risk identification and assessment system that conforms to the characteristics of most full-time adult education students' management.This paper takes the research on the risk of student work in A college as a project,and takes the period from student enrollment to student graduation as a cycle.Guided by the analytic hierarchy process,it sums up and extracts the objectives of student management.the main risks in student management.and the main factors that cause these risks.By abstracting the objects closely related to student management,it will Some objects are quantized,and the magnitude of these quantized values is analyzed and summarized through experience and data statistics in student management.Based on the analysis of different risks caused by different quantitative values,this paper puts forward countermeasures,and concludes that there are many risk factors affecting the management of full-time adult education students,among which the most important ones are social factors,family factors,school factors and personal factors.Starting from these risk factors,combined with the risk characteristics of student management,the risk evaluation index system is established,and the corresponding measures are formulated Measures to form an effective and up-to-date management plan for full-time adult education students.Based on the current characteristics of full-time adult education students,such as small age,complex types and various levels,how to grasp and grasp the "rope to tie the ox's nose",has become the difficulty and focus in the management of this form of education college.Therefore,this paper samples the current situation of student management in the College of continuing education of the college,analyzes the existing risk problems,analyzes them in detail,and then analyzes the current situation of full-time adult education in Colleges and universities in China by visiting other colleges and universities from point to face,taking the analytic hierarchy process as the guiding ideology,The object of this paper is not only special but also universal.It is the epitome of the management of adult education students in an era.The analysis method put forward in this paper makes the analysis of the problem more targeted,and has a high reference value for the innovation of student management.
