The Project Risk Management Study Of Ideological And Political Education On Full-time Adult Students In A College

Full-time adult education is an important part of university students' education management.Therefore,the ideological education and management of adult education in colleges and universities must keep pace with the times and actively adapt to the rapid development of adult education in the new period of transition mechanism.In 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Collegesand Universities,and proposed and reaffirmed a series of new ideas,new ideas,and new diseourses on ideological and political education that closely follow the theme of fee times.Work and development of higher education have pointed out the direction of action.Based on the above background,this paper uses the theory of risk management to study the currelt situation of full-time adult education ideological and political education project in a college.Through the use of risk identification method,seven kinds of risk factors of adult education are obtained:acadenic risk,personal safety risk,mental health risk,employment risk,moral risk,and so on.Secondly,the importance of risk factors is analyzed qualitatively by using the theory and method of risk qualitative analysis and risk quantitative analysis,and then the order of importance of risk factors is obtained by using AHP.This provides a decision-making basis for the subsequent risk response;after the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the above risk factors,put forward the Countermeasures for risk response,and put forward control and solution measures to solve the risk.Based on the research background at home and abroad,this paper discusses the significance and current situation.At the same time,this paper will elaborate the ideological and political education project theory,risk theory,risk management process and other related concqPts.The focus of this paper is to identify and analyze the risks in the ideological and political education project of full-time adult education in a college,and to deal with and monitor the risk results of identification and analysis.Through the study of this paper,the general rules and experience in the ideological and political education project work are obtained,hoping to provide some reference and guidance for other colleges and universities' ideological and political education.
