Research On The Cultivation Of Guard Player In The Physical Education Major Of Wuhan Institute Of Physical Education

This paper uses literature method,questionnaire survey,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,logical reasoning method and other methods to further clarify the importance of basketball guard training through the analysis of basketball guards,and to take the physical education major of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.The basketball professional guards are the research object,and investigate and analyze the training objectives,teaching effects,teaching contents and teaching hours of the basketball professional courses of physical education majors,aiming to discover the basketball professional courses of Wuhan Sports College in the teaching of defenders.The advantages and disadvantages in the process,I hope to provide theoretical reference for the teaching of basketball professional courses in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,so as to further improve the basketball course of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.The common analysis of the characteristics of the guards and the training objectives of the basketball course shows that the excellent guards must have excellent technical ability,flexible tactical use ability,excellent organization and coordination ability and good psychological quality.The most direct response of the defender's ability is the "core competitiveness" during the game.The requirement for a basketball guard is higher and more specific than the basketball technical training goal in basketball technology and theory.Therefore,the basketball specialization course must not only cultivate excellent defenders,but also defend the fans,and train more players with other positions of "guard temperament".Taking the basketball professional guards of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as the research object,the investigation and analysis of the training objectives,teaching effects,teaching contents and teaching hours of the basketball professional courses of physical education majors show:1.After four years of special training,the basketball professional guards have made great progress in personal skills,team organization and coordination,physical quality and psychological quality.Of course,there are also problems in which the basic technology is not superb,the tactical cooperation is not rich,and the psychological stability is poor.2.The survey of basketball course teachers in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education shows that there are three main problems in the content and time arrangement of physical education major basketball:(1)teachers think that the total amount of basketball time is not enough,the intensity and frequency of student training Too low.(2)Teachers do not implement the theoretical class time,and there is a tendency to pay less attention totheoretical classes.(3)Teachers pay insufficient attention to basic technology in content selection.3.The investigation of the basketball professional training course guards found that the physical education professional basketball specialization has the following three problems in the course content and time arrangement:(1)The total amount of basketball courses is insufficient,and often requires additional training to meet the learning.And the requirements of the game;(2)basketball teachers do not pay enough attention to theoretical knowledge,resulting in insufficient theoretical class hours and lack of systematic knowledge of theoretical knowledge.(3)The lack of total technical courses has restricted the development of basketball players,especially the defenders.
