Scientific incentive mechanism and compensation management system,can effectively improve teachers and other employee satisfaction,improve their work enthusiasm,to better mining internal potential and improve the work performance,improve the teaching quality,enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.For ordinary colleges and universities is this so,meaning is more important for private colleges.So how to make scientific post Settings,insist on the priority to efficiency and due consideration to fairness,the overall plan as a whole,scientific classification,dynamic and transparent,the principle of ability,establish a scientific and effective salary management system,to the greatest extent to achieve the effective allocation of human resources of universities has become a focus on the problem.On the basis of the theory of management,this study take participation in the compensation management system reform and the practice process with private vocational institutes ' N college,and give some advice and suggestions,according to the basic principles of "performance management",purpose and method of post setting and salary management implementation plan,through improving and optimizing compensation reform related supporting scheme,scientifically perfected the N institute compensation management system and incentive mechanism.In fully demonstrates the process of reform,serious study,has made positive achievements,it laid a good foundation of the further deepen the reform of management system and incentive mechanism and optimize,and also provides a certain reference of reform and innovation for other private higher education management system and incentive mechanism.It has positive research significance and reference value.
