Happiness has always been the goal of mankind.General secretary Xi Jinping has stressed on many occasions that "happiness comes from struggle","struggle itself is a kind of happiness" and "the new era is the era of strivers".College students are in adolescence,and their outlook on life,values and world outlook are not perfect yet.Therefore,they are susceptible to the influence of bad values.They cannot correctly and rationally recognize happiness,and their cognition of happiness is deviated,which will further affect their behaviors.College students shoulder the historical responsibility of realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.It is the duty of colleges and universities to guide college students to establish a correct outlook on happiness.With the goal of "happiness realization",positive psychology not only pays attention to people's negative psychological state,but also pays attention to the stimulation of people's excellent and positive qualities,combine positive psychology with ideological and political education,and interprets different phenomena and problems with a positive attitude,providing a unique perspective and method for the cultivation of happiness concept of college students in the new era.This paper takes the cultivation of college students' happiness view as the main line,and conducts research from the perspective of positive psychology.The first part summarizes the basic theory of cultivating college students' happiness view from the perspective of positive psychology.Firstly,the concepts of positive psychology,happiness and well-being,happiness concept and cultivation of college students' happiness concept are defined.Secondly,on this basis,it explains the principles,objectives and contents of cultivating college students' happiness concept,and probes into the theories of positive psychology,Chinese traditional happiness concept,western happiness concept,marxist happiness concept,ideological and political education theory and other relevant theories at home and abroad.Finally,the paper analyzes the standpoint and practical significance of the combination of positive psychology and the cultivation of college students' happiness view.The practical significance is embodied in changing the concept of cultivating college students' happiness concept,improving the method of cultivating college students' happiness concept,guiding the overall development of collegestudents' physical and mental health,and systematically expounding the feasibility of integrating positive psychology with cultivating college students' happiness concept.The second part,to the Shandong Normal University,Qilu University of Technology,Inner Mongolia scientific and technical university Baotou Normal school,Shandong University and other sections of the 20 universities undergraduate as investigation object.Try to cultivate university students at present happiness view empirical investigation,summarize the advantages and problems of present college students' outlook on happiness.Advantage in college students' happiness in general tend to be positive,have a certain ability to experience happiness;Most college students have a positive outlook on happiness,and they can recognize happiness objectively.The pursuit of happiness frustrated ability is strong,some institutions are aware of the importance of cultivation.The problems in cultivating college students' happiness concept mainly include that the ability to realize happiness needs to be improved,and the cognition of factors affecting happiness is insufficient.The concept of collectivism is relatively weak,there is a lack of the concept of cultivating the concept of lucky realization of psychological happiness,and the curriculum system needs to be improved.Relatives and friends as the main body of help,college teachers in a passive position.In the third part,aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' happiness concept at different levels,the author makes a detailed analysis from the dimensions of positive emotional experience,positive personality traits and positive organizational system in combination with the cultivation of college students' happiness concept.In the dimension of positive emotional experience,the happiness view has little cultivation and guidance,which affects the happiness cognition of college students.The insufficient cultivation of happiness concept affects college students' happiness experience;The concept of happiness is not enough to cultivate emotional penetration,which affects the happiness perception of college students.In the dimension of positive personality traits,the subject status is not recognized,which hinders the positive development of college students.Individual needs are not met,hindering the realization of college students' physical and mental health;The lack of recognition of their own advantages hinders college students' determination of self-transcendence.In the dimension ofpositive organizational system,there is a collision between reform and innovation and conservative tradition.School education and social family lack of timely communication.The fourth part,from the perspective of positive psychology,mainly explores and studies the cultivation path of college students' happiness concept from three aspects.The first part is to cultivate positive thinking and increase positive experience.Specifically,it includes affirming the positive behavior of college students and making them deal with the past satisfactorily.Give play to the main function of college students and let them know the present happily;Tap the potential of college students,so that college students look forward to see the future.The second is to improve the cognition of happiness and cultivate positive personality.Specifically,it includes discovering the positive personality of college students and guiding them to correctly understand happiness.To understand the actual needs of college students and guide them to make positive and reasonable attributions;Respect college students' personality characteristics and encourage them to give full play to their personality advantages.Third,strengthen multi-party cooperation and build an active organizational system.Specifically,it includes strengthening the consciousness of cultivating educators' happiness concept and innovating the cultivation methods of college students' happiness concept.Attach importance to the cultivation power of family happiness view and construct the long-term and effective cooperation mechanism between family and school;Pay attention to the construction of civilized and healthy social environment and promote the social practice participation of college students.From the above three aspects to promote the realization of college students' happiness concept cultivation path of innovative development,and then improve the effectiveness of college students' happiness concept cultivation.The goal of ideological and political education is to promote the free and comprehensive development of human beings.With happiness as the main research content,positive psychology attaches great importance to exploring and cultivating people's positive qualities,which is consistent with the cultivation of college students' happiness concept.The combination of the cultivation of college students' happiness concept and positive psychology is of rich and perfect significance to the connotation of college students' ideological and political education.
