Research On The Education Of The Concept Of Happiness To College Students From The Perspective Of Positive Psychology

.Happiness is the eternal pursuit of human direction.In the context of the centennial goals,the prosperity of the country and the revitalization of the nation are the common aspirations of the entire Chinese nation.The happiness of the people is the dream pursued by the Chinese children.Happiness is an old and new topic.Thinking and behavior.As a national pillar,the future of the nation's college students,its happiness value orientation,it is directly related to a new generation of young people's life and the future development of the country.It is an important subject of ideological and political education for college students to carry out the correct view of happiness.This article takes the education of college students as the main line of happiness,with positive psychology as the perspective of the study.First of all,it defines the concept of happiness,happiness,happiness and education of college students' happiness view,and explores the relevant theoretical basis in the field of ideological and political education and positive psychology,this paper analyzes the basic contents and principles of the education of college students 'happiness,and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the positive psychology of college students' happiness view.Secondly,taking two universities in Chongqing as an example to carry out empirical investigation,through the data analysis from the two aspects of effectiveness and problems reveal the current status of college students happiness education,and make the current college students happiness view of education is not taken seriously,the traditional ideological and political education content and methods of restraint,heavy theory of light practice of education model constraints analysis.Finally,from the perspective of positive psychology,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects: the construction of educational content system,the improvement of educational methods and the strengthening of educational practice from the scientific and rational view of happiness of college students,innovating the Content and Method of the Education of College Students 'Happiness and Improving the Actual Effect of the Education of College Students' Happiness.Education to achieve the comprehensive development of people for the purpose of human development in pursuit of a happy life for the end.In the happiness of the core of one of the positive psychological perspective,attention to the positive quality of college students training,the development of college students positive force,shaping the correct concept of happiness of college students,it is necessary to enrich the connotation of the ideological and political education of college students,and it is the new trend of the ideological and political education work of college students in the new period.
