The 21 st century is a new era of vigorous development of life science,and more and more achievements of biotechnology are applied to real life.In the process of imparting basic conceptual knowledge and basic skills,teachers should also pay attention to the infiltration of frontier knowledge in biology and the formation of core accomplishment.Teachers' application of relevant cutting-edge knowledge in teaching can not only enhance students' knowledge reserve,but also improve the openness of learning and promote the development of students' thinking.This study from the textbook knowledge aging as well as the present situation of the case or application in high school biology learning the important role of cutting-edge knowledge,and on the basis of predecessors' research analysis and put forward the frontiers of biology knowledge is along with the development of The Times and progress,constantly updated biological contained in the hot issues in the field of knowledge.Through literature review,this study found that more and more attention has been paid to the integration of cutting-edge biology knowledge into teaching,but the research contents are scattered and not comprehensive and systematic.Therefore,based on the theoretical basis,this study investigated the application of advanced biology knowledge in senior high schools by questionnaire method,and conducted in-depth interviews with senior high school biology teachers.Through investigation and interview,it is found that there are many problems and obstacles in the application of frontier biology knowledge in high school teaching,such as limited access to information and great difficulty of frontier knowledge.Based on the above analysis,this paper takes molecule and cell as an example to screen and sort out the frontier knowledge of biology,and proposes the principles of scientificity,openness and appropriateness of the fusion of frontier knowledge of biology.Based on the leading group,situational import,import,heuristic and cooperative learning form the corresponding teaching design fragments,and try for specific content design for three cases of complete teaching case,teaching design for the implementation and evaluation at the same time,from two aspects: students and teachers affirmation of the importance and key of biology at the forefront of knowledge.In a word,the application of cutting-edge biology knowledge in teaching can not only promote the transformation of teachers into research-oriented scholars,improve their professional knowledge and accomplishment,and help students to feel the magic and charm of life while learning.Scientific research workers on the way to explore the spirit of expression are also spur the students to a higher level of development at the moment,to better develop the students' scientific literacy,set up new professional students,only in the teaching make students contact new biology knowledge growth,can we truly achieve the modernization of education and the optimization of teaching and learning.
