Incentive method and appreciation have gradually become the main trend of education nowadays.Praise,as an important component of external rewards,is increasingly becoming a common means of education in daily educational and teaching activities.For children in preschool period who are in a critical period of development and growth,praise given by adults plays an important role in guiding and encouraging.As the fresh blood and new force of kindergarten,novice teachers who have just entered their professional career are in the early stage of shaping and forming educational concepts.They should adhere to the correct concept of children and praise to guide the development of one-day activities in kindergartens.Therefore,based on the observation of 36 novice kindergarten teachers in one-day activities and taking speech recognition as the starting point,the current situation of speech recognition behavior of novice kindergarten teachers was summarized,various problems existing in speech recognition behavior of novice kindergarten teachers were analyzed,and the methods to solve the problems were put forward,so as to further enhance the effectiveness of speech recognition behavior of novice teachers and promote the smooth development of education and teaching activities in children's healthy growth in body and mind.The research is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction,which includes five aspects: problem raising,literature review,research significance and purpose,concept definition and research design.The second part is the implication of novice teachers' verbal praise behavior,a qualitative exposition of the theories and viewpoints supporting the research.The third part is the investigation results and analysis of kindergarten novice teachers' verbal praise behavior,and an in-depth analysis from the following five dimensions: pointing content,value orientation,pointing object,evaluation depth and children's feedback.The fourth part is the problem resolution and reason analysis of kindergarten novice teachers' verbal praise behavior.Firstly,the key problems of kindergarten novice teachers' verbal praise behavior are resolved into five aspects: from the content point of view,the content involved in praise is not comprehensive,especially the efforts and progress of children are not paid attention to;from the perspective of orientation,the role of process praise is not paid attention to,which is not conducive to the cultivation of children's growth thinking.From the point of view of the object,gender bias is obvious and the fairness of praise cannot be guaranteed.From a depth point of view,lack of specificity and novelty,incentive effect is difficult to achieve;finally,judging from the way,the commonly used praise of “holding one hand and stepping on one foot” will hurt some children's self-confidence.At last,the causes of the speech praise behavior of novice kindergarten teachers and the subjective and objective reasons were discussed.The subjective reasons include: novice teachers fail to establish a correct view of children,novice teachers fail to establish a correct view of praise,and novice teachers have a low degree of specialization.Objective factors include: the kindergarten does not provide systematic post-employment training,the kindergarten's work tasks are relatively heavy,and the parents fail to cooperate closely with the kindergarten.The fifth part is the optimization path of kindergarten novice teachers' verbal praise behavior,and provides optimization suggestions from three levels of teachers,kindergartens and society: for teachers,they should strengthen learning and optimize their verbal praise behavior;for kindergartens,support should be provided to promote the professional development of novice teachers.For the society,parents should strengthen home cooperation and closely cooperate with novice teachers.
