At the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee,the CPC central committee clearly put forward the new requirements of'running special education well",which pointed out the direction for the development of special education in China.Special education is an important part of education in our country.The object of special education is the disadvantaged group with certain physical disability or defect.At present,researches on special education are constantly coming in,and researches on "disabled people's sports","disabled people's sports health promotion","special people's sports intervention"and other related fields follow one after another,becoming a research hotspot of scholars in related fields.Deaf school education as a part of special education,deaf school children are also special education object.Hearing impaired children suffer from binaural hearing loss or hearing impairment due to various reasons.They cannot hear or hear the sounds around them,so that their attention formation and development are relatively slow.They have poor attention stability and difficulty in attention distribution.At the same time,the emotional expression of hearing-impaired children is exposed and changeable,and they are not good at emotion control and regulation,which may easily produce negative emotions,which may affect their interpersonal communication and social adaptation.There are few studies on attention quality and emotion in hearing impaired children.Reviewing the studies on combined exercise,it can be seen that combined exercise plays a significant role in promoting individual physical and mental health in the field of exercise intervention.Based on previous research results and deficiencies,this study focused on the intervention of combined exercise on attention quality and emotion in hearing-impaired children.Based on the physical and mental characteristics of hearing-impaired children and the content and goals of physical education and health courses in deaf schools.Take the combination of figure running and small basketball as an intervention method to explore the effects of combination of figure running and small basketball on the attention quality and emotion of hearing-impaired children at different durations of 6 weeks and 12 weeks,and the relationship between emotion as an intermediary variable between figure running and small basketball combined exercise and attention quality was explored.This will improve the positive emotions and reduce the negative emotions of hearing impaired children;Improve the attention quality of hearing impaired children and improve their learning efficiency;Improve the children's physical fitness,social adaptation and interpersonal communication ability,to provide theoretical basis and practical basis for promoting the overall development of physical and mental health;To enrich physical education and teaching for hearing-impaired children and to provide theoretical basis for the better establishment of the national curriculum and textbook system for special education schools,and further to run a good special education,to better promote the integration of general education and special education.Research subjects and methods:32 hearing-impaired children were randomly assigned to the experimental group(8 males and 8 females)and the control group(8 males and 8 females)from the level three stages of the deaf school.The experimental group Performed for 12 weeks,3 times a week,30 minutes of mid-intensity figure running and small basketball combined exercise;the control group performed routine activities.Using the measurement before,during,and after the experiment,and using the "Attention Test" and "Subjective Exercise Experience Scale" before and after the experiment for 6 weeks and 12 weeks to test separately the experimental group and the control group to improve the effect of attention quality and emotional subjective experience.Using multivariate analysis of variance and repeated measurement analysis of variance were used to test the effect of combined exercise of figure running and small basketball on attention quality and subjective emotional experience of hearing-impaired children,and the mediator effect test of Wen Zhong lin was used to explore the mediating role of emotional subjective experience in the effect of figure running and small basketball combination on attention quality.The results showed that:(1)there were significant differences in the overall level of attention quality,attention span,attention stability and attention transfer between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).but no significant differences in the attention distribution dimension.Attention was paid to the improvement effect of overall quality level and dimensions of the experimental group>control group.And the longer the duration of the exercise,the better the intervention effect.That is,the intervention effect of the combined exercise of figure running and small basketball for 12 weeks was better than that of 6 weeks(2)There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in improving the subjective experience of positive emotion and negative emotion in children with hearing impairment(P<0.05).There were differences in subjective experience of fatigue emotion,but no significant differences.The improvement effect of subjective experience of positive emotion,subjective experience of negative emotion and subjective experience of fatigue emotion in the experimental group was>control group,and the longer the exercise lasted,the better the intervention effect showed.(3)The subjective experience of positive emotions and the subjective experience of negative emotions have a mediating effect in the combination of figure running and small basketball and attention quality.The combination of figure running and small basketball can indirectly affect the quality of attention by improving the positive emotional subjective experience and the negative emotional subjective experience.The research conclusion:(1)the combination of synchronized running and small basketball can have a positive impact on the overall level and dimensions of attention quality of children with hearing impairment.The longer the duration of the exercise,the better the intervention effect was,that is,the intervention effect of the combined exercise of synchronized running and little basketball for 12 weeks was better than that of the combined exercise for 6 weeks.(2)the combination of synchronized running and little basketball has a significant effect on improving the subjective experience of positive emotions and negative emotions of children with hearing impairment,and the effect on the subjective experience of fatigue emotions has been improved.The longer the duration of the exercise,the better the intervention benefit.(3)the combination of synchronized running and little basketball can indirectly influence the quality of attention by improving the subjective experience of positive emotions and the subjective experience of negative emotions.
