Nowadays,the country attaches more and more importance to sports,which is reflected in the increase of school physical education class,extracurricular sports training class and community sports activities for the elderly.Physical fitness is synonymous with this new era.When teenagers sign up for extracurricular interest classes,they will also focus on sports.They hope to choose a sport that teenagers like and is beneficial to their physical development.Among the numerous sports courses,taekwondo,with its various forms of training,interesting training environment and flexible training methods,is particularly attractive to parents and children.It has become a sport acceptable to teenagers.Extra-curricular training courses for taekwondo are springing up in various cities,and they also take part in regular competitions to train excellent taekwondo youngsters for the country.In taekwondo competition,competitive events are what most people like to focus on.In the process of the confrontation between the two sides,the fast,accurate,fierce and striking skills of the legs attract the audience,and the competitive events bring us high appreciation.However,in the actual combat process to hit the other side of the head,you need to have a good hip joint flexibility,the lack of flexibility of the hip joint will become an obstacle for athletes to hit the head scoring point.Pedal top knee is a kind of rhythmic movement,which is common in the training of pedal gymnastics.It has been gradually introduced into the training of taekwondo in recent years,but its application is not widespread and there is not much research support.Therefore,this paper will through experimental method will pedal top knee training method as compared with normal class training method,in order to look forward to prove the pedal top knee training method for hip flexibility and top amateur children tae kwon do athletes knee out leg speed to improve the actual effect,so as to improve the children's taekwondo flexibility and legs out theory and method of the speed increase taekwondo training class in children's technology level.The results showed that :(1)after the experiment,there was a significant difference in hip flexion flexibility between the experimental group and the control group,and the flexibility of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.(2)after the experiment,there was a significant difference in the transverse velocity of the experimental group and the control group,and the transverse velocity of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.(3)after the experiment,there was a significant difference in the included Angle of the thigh and upper torso between the experimental group and the control group,and the included Angle of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group.(5)before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in the longitudinal speed and combined speed between the experimental group and the control group.It can be seen that the pedal top knee training method has a positive role in promoting the forward flexion flexibility of the hip joint and the lateral speed of the leg out.The pedal top knee training can be put into the daily training of taekwondo to improve the hip joint flexibility and the leg out speed of amateur children taekwondo athletes.This paper draws the following conclusions:1.In taekwondo training,systematic pedal top knee training can increase the hip flexibility of young taekwondo athletes2.Some methods are designed to improve the sports quality.
