Taekwondo is a sport favored by many young people and even children.For Taekwondo Athlete,the flexibility of the Athlete's hip is critical because the technique is performed mostly by the lower limbs.In addition to the new rules of change,the game of the spectator and increase the intensity of the head-banging techniques for athletes have higher requirements,which requires better flexibility as a support.For the young Taekwondo Athlete,they are the reserve talents and the main driving force for the development of the cause of taekwondo in China.Their physiology belongs to the special development period,and they are considered for the long-term development of the athletes,it is necessary to carry out reasonable flexibility training and intervention on the basis of athletes' natural growth.The development of pliable quality mainly has the traditional stretching methods: static stretching and dynamic stretching the traditional stretching methods have good stretching effect,but there are some drawbacks.At present,the more advanced and novel stretching method is the PNF stretching method(proprietary Neuromuscular stretching),PNF stretching method through traction and stretching,to give nerve muscle stimulation,increase muscle strength.Initially used in the medical and health industry,because of its obvious effect,then applied to sports training.This paper applies the PNF stretching method to the daily hip joint flexibility training for the special group of young taekwondo athletes,combining with their physiological characteristics,the purpose of this paper is to explore a more systematic and comprehensive method to develop the flexibility of the taekwondo athlete in order to provide valuable reference for the training practice of coaches.The authors selected 20 taekwondo athletes of Gansu sports school who had been training for two years as experimental subjects and divided them into control group and experimental group.The control group used traditional stretching method,and the experimental group used PNF stretching method,after 8 weeks of physical flexibility training,combined with the hip joint flexibility data of each athlete before the experiment,the comparative study was used to analyze the data recorded after the athletes adopted different stretching methods,combined with the methods of literature and Statistics,the conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)for the Taekwondo Athlete of teenagers,the traditional static stretching method and the dynamic PNF stretching method both have the effect of improving the flexibility of the hip joint,in addition to improving the hip joint,it can also enhance the vitality of the muscles in the front of the thigh,the muscles in the back of the thigh and the muscles in the inner thigh.Stretching is the necessary prerequisite to improve the quality of flexibility.The experiment proves that both the traditional static stretching and the dynamic stretching of PNF play an important role in improving the quality of flexibility.(2)in the case of adolescent Taekwondo Athlete,the results show that there is a difference between the static tension method and the dynamic tension method.Compared with the traditional static stretching method,the PNF dynamic stretching method is superior to the traditional static stretching method in improving the range of motion of hip joint.(3)the flexibility of the flexors and extensors,abductors,and rotators of the hip were improved after eight weeks of PNF taekwondo athlete training.Athletes in training can quickly enter the training state,the completion of basic movements more standardized,the completion of difficult movements easy coordination,the performance of specific skills have improved,after a short period of training fatigue has been reduced.(4)PNF stretching has a great influence on the flexibility of the adolescent taekwondo athlete,which shows a significant improvement in flexibility.Each stretching method has its advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,if the PNF stretching method is applied in class and practice,we should keep the cooperation and tacit understanding with our peers and strictly follow the arrangement of time and strength.This is the key to PNF stretching.
