A Research On The Optimization Of The Course Content Of The Shanqing World Youth Camp

Shanqing World Youth Practice Center is the first provincial youth practice education base in Shandong Province which is constructed and managed by Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League.As a group institution,Shanqing World actively responds to the Ministry of Education‘s policy on implementing the youth quality education,and actively carries out the comprehensive practical courses,study tours,theme education and other activities for primary and secondary school students.Thus,Shanqing World can provide the best extracurricular education for the majority of teenagers.this study focuses on the course content of Shanqing World Camp by using the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and field investigation to study the course setting,course organization and implementation,evaluation of course content,infrastructures and faculty of Shanqing world camp,so as to analyze the problems that affect the optimization of the camp course content objectively.In addition,it will propose a plan idea to optimize the content of the camp course.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the optimization of the course content of Shanqing World and the course development of other camps.The research results are as follows:(1)The setting objectives of the camp course are not detailed enough,the setting mode of the course is relatively single,the arrangement of the course is mainly based on the camp organization,and the evaluation system of the course is not complete enough.(2)The infrastructures are obviously obsolete,and the site equipment is slow to update.(3)The number of highly educated professionals in the coach team of Shanqing World Camp is less,and the ability to research,develop and optimize the course content is insufficient.(4)At present,there are many kinds of courses in Shanqing World Camp,covering the basic courses of camp education,while there are few kinds of brand courses in the camp.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)the objectives of course setting in Shanqing world camp should be concrete and clear,the ways of course setting in camp should be rich,the cooperation between camps should be strengthened,the willingness of students to choose courses independently should be paid attention to in course arrangement,and the educational purpose of students as the main part should be realized,and thecourse evaluation system in camp should be integrated and improved.(2)The camp shall increase the investment of the University in infrastructure,re plan and build the site with low utilization rate,and timely update the site equipment to ensure the high-quality implementation of the camp course.(3)The camp should improve the treatment level of coaches and introduce high-level professionals.Increase the training and learning of coaches,improve the teaching level of coaches and the ability to optimize the course.(4)The campsite should accurately position its own characteristic courses,strive to create campsite courses with mountain green characteristics,and form its own brand course system.(5)With the opportunity of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,the camp can cooperate with the organization of ice and snow activities,so that more young people can participate in ice and snow activities,experience the charm of ice and snow projects,and enrich the course types of the camp.
