activities and teenagers activity centers,teenagers outdoor sports camps mainly use more open learning methods and more experiential activities to improve the comprehensive quality of young people.Jiangsu Province has always been a major province of education in China.In recent years,with the national attention to physical education and the continuous implementation of relevant policies,the school sports in Jiangsu Province has developed rapidly,and sports activities outside the school have also been constantly enriched and innovated.teenagers outdoor sports camp with his unique function has become an important complement to out-of-school sports activities.Therefore,it is an urgent task to study the present situation of Jiangsu teenagers outdoor sports camp and improve the quality of Jiangsu teenagers outdoor sports camp.According to the research needs and research resources,the author selected 6 outdoor sports camps for adolescents in Jiangsu Province as the object of investigation.Main application The methods of literature,interview,field survey,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used to analyze the basic situation,facilities,opening hours and reception of 6 teenagers outdoor sports camps in Jiangsu Province.The content and implementation of the course,managers and camp mentors,funding sources for camp construction,motivation for teenagers participation,and support and satisfaction with the camp,etc.The purpose is to provide important theoretical basis and reference for the development of Jiangsu teenagers outdoor sports camp by understanding the present situation and existing problems of the teenagers outdoor sports camp in Jiangsu Province and putting forward the countermeasures in order to provide the important theoretical basis and reference for the development of Jiangsu teenagers outdoor sports camp.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1 The facilities arrangement of 6 teenagers outdoor sports camps in Jiangsu Province is relatively reasonable and the basic facilities are abundant,but the infrastructure construction is backward and there are some hidden dangers of safety.2 The source of funds in camp is diversified,the proportion of national public welfare funds is small,the income of activities is less,and the investment of funds is not enough.3 The construction of 6 outdoor sports camps for adolescents in Jiangsu Province lies on mountains,water or beautiful environment,but it has not been able to fully explore the natural and geographical resources in the region,which leads to the similar curriculum and no regional characteristics.4 In terms of the number of reception and the opening hours,the annual carrying capacity of the teenagers outdoor sports camp in Jiangsu Province is relatively high,and the number of young people serving is also larger,which is positive and optimistic for the development of the camp.However,the opening hours of the camps were unreasonable,and most camps were closed from January to February,so they could not make full use of their spare time during the winter vacation period to set up camp activities with winter features,resulting in the waste and loss of their own resources.Nor can it meet the needs of teenagers for camp activities.5 The camp curriculum design process is clear,rigorous and scientific.The systematic process,the importance of risk prevention,the risk prevention into the curriculum design,to ensure the safety of young people in curriculum learning.6 Camp managers and camp tutors are equipped in accordance with the basic requirements of national camp construction,and camp mentors have reasonable academic qualifications,but their stability is poor.7 the support degree of school and teenagers to participate in outdoor sports camp is higher,but the satisfaction of teenagers to outdoor sports camp activity is not high.At present,the cognition level of the teenagers outdoor sports camp is low,and the service level of the teenagers outdoor sports camp is low at the present stage,which can not satisfy the needs of the young people.8 the content of sports camp curriculum is rich and constantly socialized,but lack of regional,innovative,practical and interesting.In view of the problems in the conclusion,combined with the actual situation of the teenagers outdoor sports camp in Jiangsu Province at present,Propose the following countermeasures:1 Perfect the infrastructure construction,improve the hardware facilities of the camp itself,adapt to the own characteristic brand activity.4 Reasonable use of seasonal,holiday,national customs and other subjective courses and scientific and reasonable distribution time to attract young people to participate in the curriculum.5 Drawing lessons from the construction of sports camps in developed countries abroad,combining their own national conditions and their own natural resources in
