Research On The Construction Of Trinity Training Mode Of Camp Instructors In China

Camp education quality education as an important way to get the height of the national support,the camp instructor as key figures in determining the quality of course implementation,industry lack of uniform standards and qualifications,training process exists many problems,for improving the camp instructor’s overall quality,contribute to the career as early as possible with the national professional appraisal standards,To drive the rapid development of the standardization and professionalism of the camp education industry,this paper investigated the current situation of camp instructors’ training,and the qualities and abilities that camp instructors should possess.According to different training subjects,a complete training mode was initially constructed.This article through the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey,to camp instructor training system as the research object,determined by selecting experts recommend swimming camp international camp,plum sand outdoor,title as investigation object,and analysis the current three main camp training,colleges and universities,the present situation of sports social organizations,and camps,institutions develop.It is found that the current problems of training camp instructors are as follows:First,universities attach different importance to camp,and there are obvious differences in curriculum setting;The school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is not perfect,and the role of camp institutions in the study period is not fully played;Cultivate the student difference is obvious,lacks the standard specification request.Second,China Mountaineering Association,a sports social organization,has only an embryonic form of training,and its curriculum system is not perfect.There is only junior instructor training,and there is no follow-up training,so it needs to be improved.The recognition degree of training has not reached consensus in the industry,and the popularization degree is not high.Thirdly,there is great talent mobility of camp instructors.Most camp instructors are trained in a single way and only rely on pre-job training.Besides,some institutions have short training time and poor training effect,and fail to give full play to the training effect.The general idea of constructing the trinity training model for camp instructors: In view of the problems found,with the help of the model of system,this paper from training target,take the market demand as the guidance,colleges and universities as the link,connecting the three main body,build "the trinity" talent training cycle,with industry qualification for specification,class certificate and promote personnel training,through the camp mechanism combining classroom teaching and practice,better improve the camp teachers’ training quality.Suggestions for improving the training mode of camp instructors are as follows: First,the industry should issue policies and regulations to regulate the market;Second,the national vocational qualification certification helps train camp instructors;Thirdly,make clear the arrangement of instructor training courses based on the market demand;Fourth,regular assessment of camp instructors,reasonable arrangement of grades of learning;Fifth,the trinity of universities,enterprises and society should cooperate in training.
