The visible and measurable evaluation of student learning is a hot topic in educational research.New Zealand educator John Hattie created the "visible learning" theory,Who he advocated by testing student learning,feeding back teachers' teaching effectiveness and improving teaching based on evidence,provided a theoretical and practical path to solve visible and measurable assessments of student learning.On the basis of combing the textbooks and research literatures on the analysis of the amount of related substances,this study based on the "visible learning" theory,combined with "General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",determined the development principles and processes of the evaluation form,and constructed the evaluation Framework and content,a series of evaluation forms based on the amount of visible learning related substances were developed.Based on the teaching practice of the amount of material in a middle school in Hanzhong City,315 high school students were used as the test object of the series of evaluation forms.The analysis of the evaluation and interview results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the control class,the use of this series of evaluation forms can significantly improve students' academic performance;(2)Compared with the parallel class,the evaluation sheet has a more prominent role in promoting the academic performance of the students in the honors classes.The average correct rate of the test questions in the key experimental classes is higher than the control class in the range of 2.73% to 13.61%;(3)After using the evaluation form,the results of the parallel experiment class are close to or even higher than the honors control class.The accuracy rate of most test questions in the parallel experiment class is higher than that of the key control class by 1.92% to 7.31%;(4)The evaluation forms F1,F3,F5,F7,and F9 in this study measured the proportion of students,who met academic and literacy requirements as 50.91% and 62.00 %,40.00%,52.00%,40.00%.Therefore,this study showed that this series of evaluation forms have a certain role in promoting students' academic performance;The evaluation forms can be used not only as a tool for self-assessment and peer evaluation,but also as a tool for teachers to diagnose academic conditions and students' literacy levels,help teachers to adjust teaching strategies,and improve teaching plan,and timely optimize teaching scheme.
