Working memory is the core part of an individual's cognitive process.It classifies,encodes and matches the input information through audio-visual perception,and can temporarily process and store the memory information.The working memory has a limited capacity and has a long Time memory keeps in touch,and the information temporarily stored in the working memory can be transformed into long-term memory by re-telling the information;working memory includes spatial memory and speech memory.Therefore,the optimization and improvement of working memory has become the focus of improving individual cognitive level.Mindfulness originates from the Eastern Zen thought,and it has set off the third wave of "behavior and cognitive therapy" in the world.The role of mindfulness in the cognitive field has been recognized by many scholars,but the research on the impact of mindfulness training on working memory is not yet perfect.Through the sorting of the literature,it can be seen that the research of mindfulness training on working memory has a group deficiency and the research tools are backward.As a part of ordinary college students,sports college students must take into account the particularity of their majors in the study of their working memory;sports college students' working memory system faces speech memory based on theoretical knowledge and motor skills during the learning process.Mainly spatial memory.Therefore,this study starts from the learning characteristics of sports majors and uses time-related potential technology to verify the impact of mindfulness training on sports memory of sports majors.In this study,28 sophomores majoring in physical education were recruited and selected as experimental subjects.The experimental subjects were divided into experimental group(14 people)and control group(14 people).All subjects used the method of measuring working memory and mindfulness level before and after.The intervention group received centralized mindfulness training three times a week for four weeks,while the control group was waiting control group.The scores of mindfulness five factor scale were measured before and after the experiment.The behavioral experiment was designed with 2×2 matrix.The dependent variables wereworking memory speech task and spatial task.The measured data were behavioral data with accuracy and reaction time as indicators,and EEG data with amplitude and latency of N2 and P3 components as indicators.The independent variables are experimental group and measurement time,among which experimental group is inter group variable and measurement time is intra group variable.The response time and correct rate of behavior data collected and analyzed by E-prime software;EEG data collected and analyzed by EEG collection and analysis system.This paper discusses the influence of mindfulness training on the working memory of college students majoring in physical education,by comparing the working memory tasks of the mindfulness training experimental group and the control group.Through the measurement and analysis of the mindfulness level of the subjects,it is found that there is a significant difference in the five-factor score of mindfulness in the experimental group before and after training and there is no significant difference in the score of the five-factor mindfulness in the control group before and after waiting.By performing paired sample T test and repeated measurement analysis of variance on the correct rate and response time of mindfulness training before and after the experimental group and the control group,it is concluded that mindfulness training has no significant effect on the accuracy of the working memory speech task,and no significant effect on the response.There is no significant effect on the accuracy rate of space tasks,and there is a significant effect when responding to space tasks.In the subjective effect,the working memory of the experimental group is the best after the test.Repeated measurement variance analysis of the amplitude and latency of the N2 and P3 components of the EEG collected by the EEG system can be obtained.There are significant differences in the amplitude of N2 between different experimental groups and the measurement time before and after,and there is no significant difference in the latency of N2.;There is no significant difference in the amplitude and latency of P3.Conclusion:Physical education students can improve their mindfulness level through mindfulness training;Physical education students have a significant reduction in the response of working memory space tasks after mindfulness training.There is no significant reduction in the response to speech tasks,and no significant impact on theaccuracy of speech tasks;Mindfulness training has a significant impact on the N2 amplitude in the working memory speech task of physical education college students,but has no impact on the N2 latency in the speech task and spatial task;Mindfulness training has no significant effect on the P3 amplitude of working memory speech tasks and space tasks for physical education students,and has no significant effect on the P3 latency in speech and space tasks.
