At present,the world has entered a period of high incidence of emergencies,and the accompanying social public opinion has also surged.Exploring the changes of online comments in major emergencies and exploring the development characteristics of public opinions can promote the guidance and control of public opinions to be targeted and achieve the goal of accurate guidance of online public opinions,which is of great significance to the crisis management and emergency management of major emergencies.This study takes the "Hurricane Maria" incident in 2017 as a research case,and takes the relevant Twitter online texts as data to analyze the online comments of users of the online social platform from the three dimensions of crowd attribute,content attribute and emotion attribute,to sort out the changes of online comments and the development of public opinion,to explore the problems existing in the event handling and the causes of the problems,and to propose corresponding guiding strategies.According to the number of comments,the number of forwards and the number of replies,the influence weight of tweets sent by netizens on the social networking platform is determined in terms of crowd attributes,and opinion leaders that can guide netizens to pay attention to the focus in the process of public opinion dissemination of emergencies are mined.Divide the public opinion life cycle of this event in terms of content attributes,and dig out different focuses of netizens in each cycle stage through online comment keywords in each stage;The emotional polarity value and emotional intensity value of tweets are calculated on the emotional attribute,tweets are classified according to the two indicators of emotional polarity and emotional intensity,and the text content is analyzed by introducing the time series method,so as to analyze the correlation between the emotional fluctuation of users and the evolution of event focus,which is helpful for the government to take targeted measures and arrangements for emergency management.The results of the study found that after the occurrence of public emergencies,there appeared a series of problems such as information alienation and public opinion out of focus,the government crisis communication management system to be strengthened,and the public mood to continue to ferment.To this end,we can strengthen government guidance at the level of government,strengthen the initiative of information dissemination,strengthen the timeliness and transparency of information disclosure,eliminate information asymmetry,enhance the government's awareness of public opinion responsibility,and reflect the government's image as a player.On the public level,we should cultivate the public's media literacy,strengthen the public's self-discipline awareness,play the positive role of opinion leaders,and control the alienation of information.In the mass media,we should give full play to the information guiding role of mainstream media,ensure the authenticity of information,and strengthen the positive publicity and guidance of the media.
