In order to promote the ruling the country according to law in an all-round way,it depends on the general improvement of the legal literacy of all citizens.As for the tide of social development of innovation and entrepreneurship,as well as the establishment of new international relations,it also needs more professional compound talents with higher legal literacy.As a result,college students who pursue all-round development in the new eraneed to face and adapt to the emerging new things,new situations and new law-related problems,so as to produce diversified and dynamic needs of law-related education.Under the new situation,new problems and new requirements,it should start from the needs of college students' law-related education in the new era.What's more,it is of great practical significance to re-examine the problems existing in the supply process of law-related education carried out in colleges and universities,further study the law-related education in colleges and universities from the perspective of needs,improve the effectiveness of law-related education,and improve the legal literacy of college students.It is hoped that the"demand side"of law-related educationwill force the improvement and improvement of the"supply side"of law-related education.According to the need theory of Marxism and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theorytheory,it uses literature method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to carry out research in this paper.Based on fully combing the existing research results,it clarifies the concepts of the rule of law and the law-related education,which helps to get clear of the educational subject,content and goal of thelaw-related education for college students in the new era.Besides,it systematically expounds the view that "the needs of human beings are the essential attributes of human beings",and the needs are the internal driving force for human beings to carry out production,which also includes the dialectical relationship between individual needs and social needs in the Need Theory of Marxism.From Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,it is found that any human beings' behavioral motivation is stimulated on the basis of the occurrence of needs.Through the elaboration of the relevant viewpoints of the need theory of Marxism and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,it provides theoretical support for the selection of college students' needs as the object in this study.Thus,it puts forward the view that "colleges and universities at presentshould focus on the demand side of law-relatededucation,that is,college students,which should pay attention to the individual needs of college students for law-related education and grasp it dynamically from the perspective of development,analyze the needs of college students for law-related education,the needs of national society for law-related education of college students,and explore the promotion path of law-related education of colleges and universities from the perspective of college students' needs".In this paper,it makes an interview and questionnaire survey on the law-related education of 14 colleges and universities students in Xiasha Higher Education Zone,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,whichcarries out the statistics and analysis on the collected data and interview data by using relevant software.As such,it is found that the current law-related education effect of college students has much room to improve under the new situation and new requirements,which is mainly embodied in the demand side of law-related education.In other words,college students' mastery of legal knowledge needs to be strengthened,and their awareness and ability of the rule of law also need to be improved.In the aspect ofcolleges and universities,the main reasons for the unsatisfactory effect of law-related education are shown as follows,such as the internal environment of law-related education needing to be optimized,the imbalance between theoretical teaching and practical ability training,the lack of attraction of educational activities and so on.From the analysis of problems and causes,it puts forward that colleges and universities should find a breakthrough in the unsymmetrical point between the supply and demand of the law-related education on the basis of guidance,which is carried out under the guidance of need theory,through the combination of the practical theory of ideological and political education as well as the theory of psychological incentive,by focusing on the needs of college students for the law-related education and the needs of the national society for the law-related education of college students.In addition,it is necessary to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of college students to participate in the law-related education,which should also probe into the promotion path of law-related education in colleges and universities from three aspects,namely perfecting the internal support,optimizing the internal environment of education,as well as enriching the carrier and way of education.In terms of the research results,it has certain viewpoint innovation,which is of great practical application value and popularization value to the development of law-related education in colleges and universities.
