Research On Promoting Students' Deep Learning In Mathematics Teaching In Senior Middle School

Deep learning is a hot topic in international education circles in recent years.It means that learners can critically learn new ideas and facts,integrate them into the existing cognitive structure,connect among many knowledge,transfer learned knowledge to new situations,make decisions and solve problems on the basis of teachers' guidance and learners' deep understanding.In the new curriculum standard,it is proposed that cultivating students' learning ability is the ultimate goal of mathematics core accomplishment,students turn passive into active,their thinking changes from low order to high order,whose learning style transforms shallow learning into deep learning in the process of learning.High school mathematics has characteristics such as logical preciseness,high abstraction and wide application.Mathematics learning in high school has a profound influence on students' understanding of mathematics thought,logical thinking problems and subsequent learning.Students need to have high-level thinking,truly understand the thought of mathematics,learn the method of dealing with problems,grasp the essence of mathematics and learn to construct knowledge in the process of learning.Therefore,it is necessary for students to carry out deep learning when they learning high school mathematics.In this paper,a questionnaire survey of a middle school found that full-time high school students' level of deep learning generally needs to be improved.The differences in learning between students of different genders were studied,and the level of deep learning of boys was slightly higher than that of girls.The main reason is that boys' ability to sum up and logical reasoning is slightly stronger than girls'.At the same time,combined with the teachers' interview,the influence of different teachers' teaching style and different class style on students' deep learning were discussed.It is found that the class with obvious teaching characteristics and excellent class style,the higher the level of deep learning is,the higher the average grade of class mathematics is.Through teachers' interview and classroom observation,the main factors which affecting students' deep learning are studied in classroom teaching,mainly includes teachers do not pay much attention to the student's thought process in the teaching process,,lack of the method of imparting knowledge integration and the evaluation of students,which emphasizes the result and neglects the process,while in the aspect of students,some students do not have proper learning methods,and their study habits are not good.They are used to imitating the teacher's examples to do exercises,the knowledge introducedin the textbook can not be systematically grasped,some students do not even read the textbook well,which leads to the problem allocation of the textbook can not be well related to the textbook knowledge,and some students have weak metacognitive ability and low level of input in the learning process because of mathematics abstraction.Based on the theory of deep learning and the characteristics of mathematics subject,this study puts forward the teaching strategies of teachers.In the preparatory stage before class,we mainly use the viewpoint of connection to clarify the internal relationship between mathematical knowledge and determine the high-order thinking goal;in the teaching stage,we should ensure that there is sufficient communication between teachers and students,teachers should not only help students to learn knowledge,but also improve students' interest in learning mathematics,including situational teaching,the use of mathematical culture and so on;in the evaluation stage,open homework is used to cultivate students' ability of divergent thinking.At the same time,this study also put forward the students' learning strategies,there is a preview strategy in the preparation of the learning stage,specifically put forward the preview focus and points for attention.In the stage of knowledge acquisition and processing,we put forward the cooperative learning between students and students,and knowledge construction is carried out by using concept map and mind map.In the stage of evaluation,after-class reflection is put forward,which requires students to pay attention to practical problems and pay attention to the transfer and application of knowledge.In addition to the specific description of the strategy,the study is accompanied by the corresponding case-specific analysis.Students' deep learning can not be separated from teachers' deep teaching.In order to promote students' deep learning,teachers need to explain from shallow to deep in class and reveal the presentation methods and ways of deep teaching in class.Based on this research,a unit design is proposed to promote students' deep learning.Combined with the four components of deep learning,learning content,learning objectives,learning activities and evaluation,this paper puts forward the strategy and concrete implementation steps of unit teaching based on deep learning,which include selecting unit content,analyzing teaching elements,determining unit objectives,unit teaching flow design,arranging unit class hours,designing unit activities,reflection and evaluation.Compared with the traditional class teaching,unit teaching has a positive effect on promoting students' deep learning.
