Study On The Situation And Countermeasures Of Satisfying Students' Needs In Sports Activities Of Characteristic Schools(Junior Middle Schools)in Henan Province

In recent years,under the guidance of the State Council and other competent departments,the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Overall Plan for China's Football Reform and Development" and "The General Office of the Ministry of Education on the selection of national youth campus football schools and pilot counties(districts)" "Notice" and other documents promoted the rapid development of campus football and the construction of schools featuring campus football.Henan Provincial Department of Education and other relevant departments have taken active actions to carry out campus football work in a solid and orderly manner.As of November 2019,Henan Province has more than 1,900 national youth campus football characteristic schools,including more than 500 junior high schools,actively explore the construction of campus football,forming the campus football construction of the "Henan phenomenon",greatly promoting the popularity of football in Henan Province primary and secondary schools.But the new campus football has been in operation for more than five years.How about the development of campus football characteristic schools,football teaching and football activities? Can it meet the needs of students' football activities? For students who have no interest in football or do not like football,can other sports activities of campus football special schools meet the sports needs of these students? What problems and misunderstandings exist in the construction of campus football schools? How to further develop is a topic that needs urgent research.To this end,this study conducted a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the development of football activities and other sports activities in schools with characteristics of campus football,to understand the current situation of meeting the needs of different students in football and other sports activities,reveal its existing problems and misunderstandings,and explore its further The basic countermeasures for development provide a reference for the national education authorities.Using literature method,investigation method,logical analysis method and so on.To carry out investigation and research on the situation of meeting the needs of students in the sports activities of campus football characteristic schools(junior high schools)in Henan Province.Ten schools with special characteristics of campus football are selected by region,and teachers and students of all grades are the subjects of investigation.Research result:(1)The campus football school,the development of campus football activities basically meets the needs of most students for football activities.(2)The contents of other physical education courses mainly include track and field,basketball,rope skipping,and entrance examinations,followed by gymnastics and table tennis.For students who have no interest in football or do not like football,some of these students said that other physical education courses did not meet their needs,and the proportion of girls who said that they did not meet their needs was greater than that of boys.(3)The teaching organization of physical education in most football schools is male and female in the same class.The teaching method that students prefer is grouping according to interest.The current teaching method cannot meet the needs of students.(4)Other extracurricular activities mainly include running exercises or doing inter-class exercises,followed by the content of the entrance examination,skipping rope and basketball.For students who have no interest in football or do not like football,some of these students say that other extracurricular activities do not meet their needs.(5)Football characteristic schools have more football training teams,track and field training teams,basketball training teams and skipping training teams.Overall,more boys participate in after-school training teams than girls.School events mainly include football games,sports games,basketball games,tug-of-war games and rope skipping games.The type and frequency of sports events still need to be strengthened.(6)The number of female teachers is small,which does not meet the needs of some students for female physical education teachers.There are many sports venues such as football fields,track and field fields,basketball courts and table tennis tables to meet the sports needs of most students.(7)There are some misunderstandings in the development of football in campus football schools: First,the football curriculum is "one size fits all";second,the cultivation of students' interest in football is accomplished overnight.Third,the construction of football culture and other campus sports culture has not developed in harmony.Research recommendations:(1)Suggestions for the misunderstandings in the development of campus football are as follows: First,Take targeted hierarchical football lessons.(2)For the content of other physical education courses,the needs of students who are not interested in or dislike football should be considered,especially the needs of girls.For students who really don't like football,they should ensure that the projects that interest him are fully opened.(3)Innovate the teaching organization of physical education in practice,and qualified football schools can try to implement the "sports class system" or "administrative class + options" teaching mode,so that more students can choose what they are interested in the project,experience the fun of sports.(4)Increase the time for extracurricular activities,enrich the content of extracurricular activities,and enable the development of extracurricular activities to better meet the sports needs of most students.(5)Strengthen the construction of training teams that girls like projects,and guide and encourage more girls to participate in after-school training teams.Increase the type and frequency of school competitions so that students of different skill levels have the opportunity to participate.(6)Take measures to guide and support female physical education teachers and build a team of teachers with "sufficient numbers,complete skills,and scientific research".
