Deep Explorations Upon Selection Channels & Cultivations Of Triathlon Coaches In China

China attaches great importance to the comprehensive development of competitive sports and the construction of the team of coaches.However,the professional competitive level of Ironman triathlon in China has been relatively low.The ironman triathlon coaches are an important factor restricting their development.However,the more prominent problems of triathlon coaches are in the selection approach and training.Mainly adopting multiple methods,such as literature method,investigation method,mathematical-statistics method and logical-analysis method,as well as starting from the selection channels and cultivations of the triathlon coaches in China,this paper aims to fully explain the current situation and dilemma of the selection and training of triathlon coaches in China,and explore the ways to select and train triathlon coaches in China,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the selection and training of triathlon coaches in China.In order to improve the coach level of triathlon in China,improve the competitive level of triathlon in China,and enhance the strength of competitive sports in China to provide operational Suggestions.This study firstly elaborated the present situation of the triathlon coaches in China from the following 3 aspects,such as coach-related basic information,coach-related basic professional competence and coach-related special professional ability.Then,viewed from the following 2 aspects,selection personnel and selection channel,it also presented the present situation around selection channels of China's triathlon coaches.At the same time,it also described the current situation of cultivating the triathlon coaches in China from the following angles,such as coaches' cultivating frequency per year,organizational unit,organizational way and effectiveness level.In addition,this paper also analyzed the current difficulties and problems existing in practical selections and cultivations of triathlon coaches in China.Through a series of investigations and analyses,it turns out the following conclusions around how to select coaches.(1)The object of selection is not suitable.And the main sport most coaches have played before is not triathlon(2)The way of selection is not scientific and there is no systematic process of coach development.(3)The criteria and requirements for admission are not very clear,and the way of assessment still needs to be optimized.In the link of cultivating coaches,the 3 conclusions are shown as follows.(1)The training system for coaches in triathlon has not yet been formed,and a good growth situation for coaches has not yet been opened.(2)The current situation of triathlon coaches hasn't been fully emphasized.And there is no effective cultivation plan therein.(3)he lack of training for triathlon coaches is mainly reflected in the lack of training quantity,single training method and rich training content.Combined with the advanced development experience of foreign developed countries in triathlon and the valuable experience of the training of the coach team to summarize the characteristics and advantages of foreign countries:The selected coaches have rich experience in triathlon,and the higher the level of the team,the better the sport background;The selected coaches have rich experience in theoretical learning of sports,and the higher the level of the team,the better the theoretical learning background;The way and method of coach selection are more scientific and reasonable;Triathlon has developed well and has formed a good training system and path for coaches;Social forces are interconnected to provide a rich learning platform for coaches;Coaches have strong subjective initiative in self-improvement and good scientific research ability.It further put forward specific scheme designs around how to select and cultivate triathlon coaches in China,as well as gave a series of feasible countermeasures for future talent-development construction and the overall development of this circle in China.Targeting to the above problems,it also proposed corresponding countermeasures.(1)rationalizing selected targets of triathlon coaches;(2)creating more scientific selection channels of triathlon coaches;(3)further clarifying specific selection criteria for triathlon coaches;(4)exploring and establishing the system of cultivating triathlon coaches in China;(5)formulating corresponding cultivation and development plans targeting to coaches,fit for the current situation;(6)establishing several platforms concerning coaches' growth and cultivation to further enrich coaches' cultivating mechanism.
