Study On Development Strategy For Triathlon In Beijing

Triathlon as the fastest access to the youngest Olympic sports in modern Olympic history, came into our country in the late 80s of last century, and then it has spread rapidly and developed fast. With the growth in demand for sports culture, the Beijing public awareness and participation in triathlons is also increasing. Since Triathlon carried out in our country in a short time, the project has been the lack of widely available and carried out, the relative lack of professional training, the slow development of competitive team building, insufficient development of the sports industry with the development of advanced countries and regions are still. There is a certain gap.Based on the Beijing triathlon event carry out the resources and status of research on current development projects, analyzing the main problems and focus on the triathlon event in Beijing resources base point, from the overall planning, long-term development perspective, competition from established brands, carry and spread of mass Triathlon, the level of athletic development of triathlon sport and promote sports and leisure industry in four areas to determine development in Beijing Triathlon positioning, and proposes seven specific strategies and measures:①Adjustment of structure and settings;②Establishment of systematical organization;③Expending promotion scales;④Sharing of social sports resources and providing sports venues for the masses;⑤Launching programs combining physical education and competitions;⑥Building up triathlon brands and Nurturing talents;⑦Promoting the development of sports industry. Thereby, this paper hopes to provide theoretical support for the healthy and sustainable development of triathlon in Beijing as well as in China, and improving the current level of triathlon development in Beijing.
