The important document on family education issued by the ministry of education--the guidance opinions on strengthening family education issued by the ministry of education was formally implemented in 2015.The promulgation and implementation of this law not only improved the legislation on family education in China,but also aroused the attention of the society on parental and parental education for preschool children.From the perspective of the theory of intergenerational difference,the study on the needs of preschool children's parents' vocational education in yuhua district of changsha city can not only enrich the theoretical research of preschool children's parents' vocational education,but also provide guidance and assistance to relevant parent vocational education institutions,so as to meet the diversified needs of preschool children's parents' vocational education of different generations.The paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the background of topic selection,research significance,literature review,research methods and the definition of core concepts.The second chapter summarizes the theory of intergenerational difference from five aspects: the connotation of "generation",the division of generation group,the difference of intergenerational values,the influencing factors of intergenerational difference,and the quantitative research method of intergenerational difference.The third chapter is the demand survey of preschool children's parents' parental education in yuhua district,changsha city.First of yuhua district in changsha city preschool children's parents and recycling the yuhua district of changsha preschool children's parents parenting education needs questionnaire ",using the spss24.0 to recycling of 1376 valid questionnaire survey on preschool children's parents parenting education overall demand analysis and different Dai Qun preschool children's parents parenting education needs a comparative analysis.Then,four parents of children born in the 1970 s,1980s and 1990 s were randomly selected to conduct an interview on the needs of parental education.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the differences in parental needs of preschool children in different generations.It is pointed out that the reason why parents of preschool children of different generations have different needs for knowledge and skills is due to the differences in values and times;The reason for the difference in communication and social communication needs is the difference in parenting view and growing environment.The reasons for the differences in the needs of self-adjustment and management ability are the differences in psychological state,life experience,occupational nature and marriage view.The reasons for the difference in social resource demand are the differences in ideological understanding,the third Internet gap,the growing environment and the educational outlook.Differences in parenting style needs are due to differences in the type of family structure,the third Internet divide,the level of education,and the nature of the occupation.The fifth chapter combines the analysis and discussion of the overall demand trend of preschool children's parental and vocational education and the differences between different generations of preschool children's parental and vocational education needs,and tries to put forward targeted Suggestions for the development of preschool children's parental and vocational education from the perspectives of the government,the society and the parental and vocational education institutions.
