The psychological problems of senior high school art students' depression have been affected by many factors.Some studies have shown that the depression of senior high school art students is related to their rumination.However,the relationship between ruminant thinking and depression is very complex.Researchers hold different views on the mechanism of ruminant thinking.It is necessary to carry out further exploration and confirmation.The purpose of this study is to explore the role of cognitive fusion in the two.Cognitive fusion can make people's cognition and behavior be over controlled by language rules and thinking content,and it is also a susceptible factor of depression,which is easy to make people fall into negative emotions,which is not conducive to solving practical problems.Therefore,the role of cognitive integration between rumination and depression needs to be further studied.In view of this,on the basis of combing the relevant literature,this study explores the current situation of thinking rumination,cognitive integration and depression of senior high school art students,as well as the relationship between thinking rumination,cognitive integration and depression.Use the Chinese version of RRS,CFQ and SDS to investigate the candidates of senior two and senior three in five high schools in Tianjin and Henan.After reliability analysis,descriptive analysis,independent sample T-test,variance analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and Bootstrap test were used to process the data.The results are following: firstly,there is no significant difference in gender,subject and only child of high school art students' thinking rumination,cognitive integration and depression,and there is significant difference in grade;secondly,there are two significant correlations among rumination,cognitive fusion and depression,and cognitive fusion plays an intermediary role between rumination and depression.Based on the above findings,the following educational implications are proposed.First,we should encourage high school art students to face the negative emotions actively,shift their attention,find their own interests or spiritual support,try to communicate with their parents,peers and teachers actively and effectively,and release their own negative emotions in the communication.Second,we are supposed to focus on the mental health development of all high school art students.Parents should understand the psychological characteristics of teenagers,find out the negative behaviors and ideas of students in time,communicate with them in time,and schools and teachers should also pay attention to the changes of psychological state of high school art students in school.
