A new round of curriculum reform has begun.There has been a change from "quality education" to "quality education".Geographic literacy education has become the focus of geography education research.The change of reform direction has a profound impact on students' geography learning.As a basic experience activity to cultivate core geographic literacy,the importance of geographic practical ability is self-evident.The core position of cultivating geography practice ability is classroom.Under the guidance of geography core accomplishment,classroom teaching mode should change the traditional teaching mode,inherit and develop good practice teaching methods,so that students can truly become the masters of the classroom,make sense and experience in learning,and actively participate in classroom practice activities.Therefore,this paper focuses on the cultivation of senior high school students' geographical practical ability through experiential teaching.Through the investigation and analysis of senior high school students' participation in experiential teaching and their level of geographical practical ability,the paper puts forward teaching strategies in view of the existing problems.Firstly,by consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper gives a brief overview of the current situation of experiential teaching and geographical practice,and defines its own research direction on the basis of previous studies.This paper investigates the cultivation of senior high school students' geography practical ability through experiential teaching mainly through questionnaire survey and supplemented by interviews.Through investigation,it is found that there are many problems in the cultivation of senior high school students' geography practical ability through experiential teaching,such as low application of experiential teaching,heavy teaching tasks,and lack of participation in experiential teaching at the student level.Consciousness,the level of geography practice is not high.There aresome problems at the school level,such as the relatively small arrangement of geography class hours,the imperfection of the corresponding laboratories and experimental equipment,and the imperfection of the teaching evaluation system.In view of the existing problems in the survey,this paper puts forward the teaching strategies of experiential teaching to cultivate senior high school students' geographical practical ability.For teachers,it is necessary to stimulate their own practical ability and design experiential teaching scientifically.For schools,it is necessary to change hardware facilities,arrange flexible class hours,adopt diversified activities,establish a resource bank of school geographical practical ability,and formulate a scientific evaluation mechanism.In this process,students' geographic practice ability can be cultivated.In order to further improve the research content,the author designs teaching cases based on experimental operation experience,practical research experience,role-playing experience and intuitive experience.Students' observation and observation ability,hands-on operation ability,language expression ability and judgment ability are all exercised in the process of personal participation in the experience,so as to promote the cultivation of students' Geographical Practice ability.
