Research On The Training Of Seafarers' Professional Responsibility From The Perspective Of Social Work

With the development of China's navigation industry,China is transforming into a seafarer power to a seafarer power.In order to realize this transformation,it is necessary to improve the overall quality of seafarers.As a crucial part of seafarers,quality requirements,seafarers' sense of professional responsibility needs the attention of individual seafarers,shipping enterprises and all walks of life.At present,from the perspective of the intermational shipping industry,China's seafarers are rich in resources,but they account for a small share of the global seafarers'labor export,mainly because the overall quality of our seafarers is not high and lack of competitiveness.Therefore,cultivating seafarers,sense of professional responsibility is very important to improve the overall quality of our seafarers.The first part of this study is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the study and defines the relevant concepts,as well as the status quo of domestic and foreign scholars' research on seafarers' professional responsibility.The second part divides the seafarers,professional responsibility into three levels,i.e.must-do,should-do and willing-to-do,by using the theory of responsibility hierarchy,and explains the connotation of seafarers,professional responsibility.The third part analyses the performance and reasons of seafarers' lack of professional responsibility through questionnaire survey.The fourth part is to design the training scheme of seafarers'sense of professional responsibility from the perspective of superiority,which is divided into three types according to the service object's state of professional responsibility and the position's requirement for the sense of responsibility.Different social work methods are used for each type.The fifth part combines three cases to discuss the practice of social work involvement of three types of seafarers:risk-based,growth?limited and management responsibility-based,and summarizes and analyses the problems and successful experiences encountered in the process of practice development.
