| In the group of left-behind children,there exists a special group with dual identities of "left-behind children" and "children of single-parent family",that is,"single-parent" leftbehind children.In fact,the government,the public,and researchers pay relatively little attention to this group.Children left behind by single parents face more difficulties in their growth,including unsatisfied psychological attachment,cognitive inferiority under double blow,growing up in a broken family structure,bearing the burden of education by their grandparents and imperfect social support system,which make them physically and mentally troubled in the process of growth.Guided by the dominance perspective theory,this study studied four typical left-behind children of "single parent" who got positive practical feedback.Using the method of advantage evaluation,this paper evaluates scientifically from the four dimensions of personal advantage,personal obstacle,environmental advantage and environmental obstacle.Using advantage intervention strategies in the service process,including:establishing a good partnership with the case owner;eliciting the case owner to tell their own story;identifying the advantage of the service object through advantage assessment;renaming painful experience to inspire hope;building a clear service plan for the wish list;tapping the ability of improving personal characteristics;guiding the service object to have membership and link the resources in the application environment,etc,so as to ultimately realize the case owner’s self-growth and alleviate the growth dilemma.On the basis of practical research,the paper draws the following conclusions from the theoretical guidance,service strategy application,work ethic value and intervention effect:First,the theory of advantage perspective can focus on the service target and solve the problem of "single-parent" left-behind children’s growth dilemma.Second,the intervention strategies from the dominance perspective can help the professional services effectively,but the cognitive level of the service objects affects the intervention strategies.III 、 The professional value of social work is an important cornerstone of service,but there is an ethical dilemma of "counter-transference" in service.IV、Services have achieved some results,but no long-term mechanism has been established.On the basis of this,the author reflects on the research,which still has some problems such as difficult to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of service and lack of universality.Therefore,it is expected that the theoretical and practical research in the future will be more advantageous to guide the practice and focus on the solution to the plight of left-behind children. |
