This article from the perspective of professional social work system in colleges and universities in henan queshan rural left-behind children,for example,to study the social work professional systemic involvement in rural left-behind children the advantage of the service mode.This research in the field survey of left-behind children in the region of the questionnaire survey and interviews,the left-behind children parents,teachers and staff of the interview to collect data,analyze and understand the local situation of left-behind children,as well as local existing about the present situation of the left-behind children's services,to determine the local left-behind children's service demand.In the left-behind children's services in the region after a needs assessment,play the advantages of university social work intervent ion.Through group activities,parent-child activities,teacher training and so on way to intervene,make up for the left-behind children lack of professional services in the region.First of all,through to the left-behind children questionnaire survey and interviews,the author understand the basic situation of left-behind children in the region and family reasons influence on left-behind children.Through to the teachers,staff interview,also the understanding on the current situation of left-behind children in the region service.Based on the analysis of basic situation,found that the growth of left-behind children in the region development issues that need to be social work intervention,left-behind children family education problem needs to be improved in the region,the region left-behind children of professional social work service need to improve.In determining the left-behind children in the region service demand,on the basis of left-behind children's services in the area are the actual intervention,for growth developmental problems in group activities,knowledge lecture,for family education,to carry out the parent-child attachment,parent-child activities such as reading together,through the social work of professional teachers in the region staff training lectures to improve local left-behind children left-behind children the professionalism of the service.Through field of social work intervention service evaluation in colleges and universities found that self-confidence improved group activities for the left-behind children to overcome the inferiority,improve self-confidence,parent-child activities carried out for parents to realize the importance of often contact with them,the teacher lecture training for local left-behind children after the staff's work has been clear about the direction and the professional guidance and also improve the local social work professional agency services.Results obtained in field service at the same time,the author also found that the colleges and universities in step in the process of professional social work,comprehensive and sustainable advantage.Finally through the concrete step in the area of social work in colleges and universities left-behind children service found that the end of the social work intervention in colleges and universities could make up for a lack of local children's services have been established,at the same time can improve the local professional social work services,help cultivate the hatch local social work institutions.But at the same time,this study also exist in field service time is shorter,the lack of left-behind children study sample is less.
