"Classification examination,comprehensive evaluation,multiple admissions",the new college entrance examination reform is being comprehensively launches.During the reform process,there are vary kinds of participants,such as the system designers,the school administrators and teachers,the students and their families.With the participation of the pluralistic subjects,humanity as the inherent nature of human has become an existence which ean't be ignored in the reform process.Under the theory of humanity about the angle of ethics,this paper analyzes the ethical behavior choice and practice of various stakeholders in the process of the new college entrance examination reform,and analyzes the human performance in the construction and implementation of the new college entrance examination system.There is no denying that the new reform pays more attention to the students,"option" and "autonomy",which highlights the humanity in education:variability,the variability directing to Good,and the variability in mutual relations with direction to Good.The variability directing to Good has become the foundation of the construction and implementation of the reform system.Meanwhile,the difference in ethical behavior based on humanity emphasizes the possibility and necessity of institutional norms.The design of the new college entrance examination system is student-oriented.It not only considers the needs of students' all-round development,but also takes the different needs of different student subjects into account,which reflects the humanization of institutional design.During the process of the implementation of the new college entrance examination,the various behavior choices and practices adopted by different stakeholders for the protection of their own interests,has further revealed the most fimdamental and deepest motive power affecting ethical behaviors:the pursuit of interest which always draws on advantages and avoid disadvantages.Based on the pursuit of interest,the behavior property is an important manifestation of various stakeholders' behavior choices during reform practice.For making the best decision,the school administrators and teachers are constantly making choices between reform needs and reform costs,while students and parents are endlessly weigh and balance between realistic conditions and development needs.However,due to the bias of the design of the new college entrance examination system on humanity,the lack of comprehensive consideration of the constraints of objective conditions,the possibility of the ethical choice seeking for self-interest in the practice process is underestimated.Driven by self-interest,different subjects always making the decisions to seek profits while avoid harms,sometimes even exceed the expectations.The comprehensive roll-out and deepening of the reform needs to further improve the subjects' selection system,adjust and implement the existing evaluation system,strengthen the matching and updating of the teaching management system,and better regulate humanity with the system guarantee.
