OBJECTIVE: To understand the current status and relationship of static behavior time and fitness fitness level among middle school students, and to provide suggestions for young people to reasonably arrange daily behavior time.Methodology: The Adolescent Static Behavioral Activity Questionnaire(ASAQ)and the Adolescent Physical Activity Questionnaire(PAQ-A)were used to calculate the static behavior time and physical activity level of 203 students in three grades of middle school for nearly 7 days.Physical fitness tests and obtains various data, and the correlation data is analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results:(1)Daily average static behavior time of middle school students in 7 days: 174.52±35.17 minutes in the first grade,176.31±39.80 minutes in the second grade, and 180.54±41.07 minutes in the third grade;learning activities, cultural activities The static behavior time accounted for the largest proportion, and the weekend TV entertainment static activity time accounted for the largest proportion;the middle school students who reached the medium and above physical activity level accounted for 93.6%.(2)The maximum oxygen uptake, muscle strength and flexibility of the middle school students showed a downward trend with the increase of grades, and the difference between men and women was significant(P<0.05).The percentage of body fat increased with the grade, and the difference between men and women was significant(P< 0.05);muscle endurance showed a downward trend with grades, male and female differences were not significant;boys' maximum oxygen uptake rate was 90.4%,girls were 72.7%;body fat percentage boys rate was 93.09%,girls were 93.18%;boys muscles The pass rate of strength was 39.13%,that of girls was 77.28%;the rate of male endurance was98.26% for boys and 98.87% for girls;the rate of compliance was 95.65% for boys and94.32% for girls.(3)There was a significant negative correlation between the static behavior time of middle school students and the maximum oxygen uptake(r=-0.353);a significant positive correlation with body fat percentage(r=0.426);a significant negative correlation withmuscle strength(r=-0.203);There was no significant correlation between endurance and flexibility.(4)The static behavior time of middle school students was significantly negatively correlated with the level of physical activity(r=-0.231);and the level of physical activity was significantly correlated with the physical fitness. Conclusions and recommendations:(1)Middle school students' daily static behavior is too long, and weekends are more serious than study days;middle school students' physical fitness indicators are basically normal;static behavior time can significantly affect middle school students' cardiopulmonary fitness and body fat percentage The indicators such as muscle strength have no effect on muscle endurance and flexibility. The static behavior time of middle school students is significantly negatively correlated with the level of physical activity.Physical activity can significantly affect the health fitness indicators of middle school students.(2)Middle school students should try to control or reduce long-term static behavior;middle school students should pay attention to daily dietary intake and dietary balance;middle school students should participate in various forms of physical activity as much as possible while reducing static behavior time;Parents and social management should focus on the impact of static behavior on adolescent growth and encourage young people to actively participate in physical activity.
