Investigation And Research On The Development Status Of Youth Football Clubs In Suzhou City

In 2009,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Launching National Youth Campus Football Activities",which officially opened the curtain of the national youth campus football activities.Since then,the scale of campus football development has gradually expanded,and the football atmosphere has become more and more intense.A number of football talents have been sent to the society.However,with the increasing football population,school sports can no longer meet the needs of young people for football teaching.Therefore,youth football clubs with football teaching and training have emerged as the times require.Since the State Council promulgated the "China Football Reform and Development Overall Plan" in 2015,the Suzhou Youth Football Club has been on the market,but the threshold for entering the market is relatively low.These youth football clubs are in the venue facilities and training.The level of the aspect is uneven.This paper mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to conduct in-depth investigation and research on Suzhou 10 clubs,and draws the following conclusions:1.The investment subjects of Suzhou Youth Football Club are relatively simple,mostly in the form of natural person-owned and natural person investment or holding,and lack of other forms of investment,which limits the further development of the club to some extent.2.The development of the youth football clubs in Suzhou is relatively large,but the development of the clubs is uneven.The gap between the clubs is obvious.Although the clubs are widely distributed,there are also uneven distribution between the regions.3.The venue resources of Suzhou Youth Football Club are relatively scarce.The training time is mainly on weekends and holidays.The club's activities are more abundant,but the content quality needs to be improved.The club's propaganda channel is relatively simple,using online and offline combination.The form,but the publicity effect is average.4.The medical security system of Suzhou Youth Football Club is not perfect enough.Some clubs only have medical kits in the training grounds,which poses potential safety hazards.The rules and regulations of the clubs are not comprehensive enough,and the role in the daily management process is not obvious enough,and needs to be improved.5.The managers of Suzhou Youth Football Club are generally younger,with higher academic qualifications and higher ability.The coaches are mostly male,the age structure is younger,and the coaches have stronger professional ability,mainly reflected in the sports level and coach level.Two aspects,and a wealth of teaching experience,can basically meet the development needs of the students' clubs.In terms of income,foreign coaches' class hours income is generally higher than that of Chinese coaches.6.The age of students in Suzhou Youth Football Club is mainly concentrated in 4-12 years old,especially from kindergarten to fourth grade.The proportion of male and female is unbalanced.The number of male students is far more than that of female students.The income of students participating in training is higher.Most of them are middle-class families.Participants participate in training more from the perspective of exercising and cultivating interests.
